IMHO- the Slovenian government HAS kept things quiet, this obviously gives the market Makers a risk as they only have the info we have, placing the SP where it is now, the MM's are mitigating either way, hence the willingness to keep taking the sells without dropping the ask. AIMHO but next week is going to see some volatility until news drops, If positive (which I fully anticipate) expect Cuba news imminently after.

Maybe even see a largish claim from the EU if it were not granted, as was a project of common interest. AIMHO

I would say they are filling a big order.

Borsaci06- There is 2 ways of looking at this:
1. They are opening the door to AST.
2, They are going to make it easier for Geo-Petrol to access the gas.
Both equally viable options . AIMHO

Twistor, I am 90% convinced it is ex gov officials trying to cause as much trouble for the current gov as possible, AST had to pay every penny to get the project going, Which I did see as strange as there was little help from GEO. They are owed some money but nothing like what they are asking.

It was obvious the MM's would mark this down as any opportunity to get stock, As AST stated it is unfounded and an obvious ploy from the ex government officials, but rest assured the current government will quash it, as it is a damaging move towards the government and gives AST even more evidence to bring of unfair treatment if it did go to arbitration (which it wont).
Remember the whole board resigned from Petrol due to the ex governments plans, and as previously stated a new board quickly put in place. Looks to me like the ex gov ministers are still trying to put a spanner in the works for the current government. AIMHO

Interesting tactics from the state owned subsidiaries, obviously want some of the settlement money. You cant make it up!

We will know when we have made it, it will be when JW decides he has a contract that is material and releases it. Looking good and thought this month would be the game changer but lets see what JW has to say.... Not holding my breath regarding interims.

Jure ******* has still got connections as he threatened to slow any EIA down using his contacts in the ministry (just after he got kicked out). Think he is litter picking in the forest nowadays!

If it is 20 mill I would expect permit to stimulate and 5 year extension with it.
