Interesting to see the Lolworth sampling results (including the rock chips) and see if they have an idea on the 'source' and also if there is any indication if these other minerals are going to be further explored to see if they are commercially viable. Ah seemed excited about their discovery in interviews....will the initial dat back that up?

LegalW, Absolutely agree that it would be a massive surprise if a JV was agreed before the next drilling campaign at Creswick.
In fact the drilling campaigns and soil sampling are part of the build up of data that is required to make Creswick more attractive for potential JV partners.
The more data and the better probability/more evidence of commercial resource ECR can present - the more interested parties and prospect of a JV offer there will be.
Were there serious JV offers from CB's time - who knows.
Are there tentatively interested parties now - who knows.
We do know that larger companies are always on the lookout so the more proof/data you can provide the better.

The same will apply at Hurricane and at Lolworth further down the road.....ECR are not big enough to go it alone on either.
I think this will be the ECR business model moving forward until they start to get some income from Creswick (if that's the first that gets to the production stage) at which point they might go it alone....but it's many years until we start a mine ourselves.

Since Ah has taken over ECR has been more straight talking and the SP has reacted to news and results as you would expect.....jumped on the Hurricane deal, slight drop/apathy on the latest BM drilling results.
This will now ultimately be driven by news rather than rumour.
IMOHO an excellent entry level now for any investors as only need to get just over a penny to see a 50% profit......good time to get in with Lolworth news and drill arrival imminent

Your attack line of drill rig not paid for and still in China was proved to be wrong so now you've switched to a different one....predictable.

ECR CEO Andrew Haythorpe commented: “I am delighted that we have now completed the purchase of our long awaited second drill rig, and on very attractive terms"

Purchase completed = paid

In the October RNS they stated "The rig purchase has now been completed" which would indicate it has been paid for.
And there is no evidence it is still in China...unless someone can provide proof?

Tamer, I think the drill sample will take a little longer to process....I believe the 2 week turnaround was for soil sampling

Mental...they are matched trades....within a couple of seconds of each other at similar price so one is a sell and one is a buy.

If you are talking about your most recent mistake then it's 36.3 grams of gold @ Lolworth and not oz.
Still 1.28oz....not quite $70k

The focus will be on Creswick as it is the 'company changer' for ECR.
It is too big for ECR to go alone and therefore the best way forward is to prove it up as much as possible ...all the time providing more data and making it more attractive for potential partners.
If ECR do get a partner to cover all remaining exploration costs at Creswick and carry a 20-30% free ride then the ECR SP will be many multiples of the current SP enabling future raises/finance to be gained at better rates/less dilution and freeing up the rigs then to focus on BM (which they could then go alone with if proven) or develop the Queensland resources on the same basis of gaining JV partners.

SLM & Avoca (etc) payments are maximums due payable when there is a proven resource and gold is actually mined.
If the company was to agree a payment with those companies to buy out those payments it would be at a fraction of those maximum payments.
So the 'value
you are attributing to them is not realistic....unless you know the SLM project in Argentina is a t a point where it is being mined (I can assure you it is not)

You've not missed much here....Tamer ramping and rxdav jumping on and putting a negative spin on everyone else's posts.
Nothing much added of value by either and just loads of baiting each other.

Meanwhile we wait for some meaningful news from the company and watch the SP meander on low volumes

$1938...trending up nicely, but not really knocking on the door of $2000.....yet!

PJ also had plenty of skin in the ECR game and blew it with a series of risky ventures in unstable areas (Argentina & Phillipines) with mining unfriendly governments. He oversaw ECR going to the point of extinction.
Mind you he has thrown enough s**t at walls that at some point some of it will stick and he will get lucky.
Rather have Ah in charge any day.

And Dan...4p is not fanciful and announcement of a JV at Creswick alone could see the mcap easily exceed £64m which would equate to roughly 4p (that's an if/when and not a prediction it is imminent....the more aggressive drilling plan is obviously geared towards making a JV at Creswick more attractive moving forward)

Wouldn't be too bad if he quoted the SP and not the last trade price that he's picked up off some cheap website linked to google.

Initially thought is said the parallel gold system was 10km long (got very excited) .....and then realised that it said there were a number of parallel systems along the 10km.

Looks like Creswick is going to take the main focus of the drilling campaign for this year with both rigs operating for the majority of the time there.
Will be interesting to see the full Creswick drilling campaign and other activities plan soon.
