I love it when a selfless poster appears with only one post in which he tries to save investors from themselves.
There should be more white knights like this in the world.
And their 'brothers godfarther' ('s dogs, cats, friends down the pub) give their opinion on information over 12 months old with a previous management team.
I mean I am sold and totally give loads of weight to the post.
Forget about Creswick improved results with re-testing, new Lolworth Licenses, additional licenses at Creswick and Baillieston, the new Hurricane project, additional resource identification at Creswick, Additional minerals discovered at Lolworth or a new very respected CEO with a record of developing small explorers giving the company a new focus and direction and disposing of non-core assets.
I mean apart from that nothing has changed in the last 12 months.

Think you may be a bit optimistic with $400 production costs?
But nether less still some great potential in Danglay if taken over by a company that has great relations with the government there (GOP is what tripped ECR up on the project)

Tamer, Not sure POG will necessarily increase the price by any significant amount (if at all) we get for Danglay, but in does increase the commercial viability/attractiveness so we are more likely to be able to strike a deal.
Thanks Dan for reminding that there is a confirmed resource and confirmed value in Danglay.

Danglay does have a confirmed resource of 63.5k oz in accordance to the Canadian NI 43-101 standard which is internationally recognised.
Although that resource only covers part of the Danglay license so the overall resource will be higher.
So any potential buyers do have a confirmed resource.

Gino , Agree that it's the content , not the quantity that really matters (and Sank' you are correct that some people will just move from one whinge to another.....not enough skin in the game is next on the cycle ...lol).
For me I'm in ECR for a longer play and I am happy that AH has a plan and is building a platform and foundation to build the company upon going forward.
The re-testing on Creswick and soil sampling has improved the previous results and identified further (parallel) potential and we now have the continuous DMS strike under license which will aid JV discussions. I still believe Creswick is the key to significantly shift the SP as ECR certainly won't be a £10m company if they get a free ride JV agreed with a 20-30% share!
Blue Moon 4 hole drilling is complete and we await the results from 3 of the 4 holes. They have already indicated the are keen to drill this further and get a JORC resource so I am expecting the remaining 3 results to be decent ...and we have also extended the area under license there as well.
Lolworth is a longer term play , although the extra mineralisation certainly has increase the potential here....we will get a better picture when the results of the recent sampling are published (including the rock/soil sampling). This could be the surprise package.
Hurricane is a shorter term prospect and seems to have multiple veins and will progress quickly towards JORC once DD and the purchase is complete.
So foundational RNSs have been the order of the day for the last few months and thus no massive jump in the SP , but the scene is set on multiple fronts...not a one trick pony.
I feel like the 3 upcoming sets of results have the potential to start to put some 'meat on the bones' and drive the SP.....we wait and see.

We've had 6 RNSs in December and 13 in the last 3 months (that's averaging one per week)
In the NINE working days since Xmas we have already had the RNS confirming the two additional licenses.

I think that we can give the company a little more than nine days before accusing them of breaking promises....an RNS a week over 3 months is a really good news flow for any AIM company.

We know that further Lolworth, Creswick & Blue Moon results are coming.

I believe the whole of bag is complete.
There are more soil sampling results due include more from the 'parallel system'
Will be good to know the full expected length of this system (10km would be nice ....lol...certainly not expecting that)

Creswick is the jewel in the crown for ECR and is the quickest way we could get to £100m+ mcap IMHO ....if we got a JV on the full length of Creswick with a 30% free ride then I could see the SP heading that way (that's a potential future and not a 'it's going to happen tomorrow' ramp). The parallel system is a unexpected bonus and that, with the improved results from the whole of bag testing, must have pricked the ears of potential partners.

Blue Moon will be an added bonus if that gets good results.
Getting a JV done on Creswick would enable us to concentrate on getting JORC on Blue Moon & Hurricane over the next year or so and also progress Lolworth, which could be a beast if all the pigmatites and the 'source' samples are of good quality and quantity.
As always a lot of 'ifs' in those statement...if they were all certain statements the decimal point would be at least one place to the left....just hoping some of those ifs come to fruition (as are all holders).

We know 3 sets of results are coming....just need them to be good enough to generate the interest.
Until then the usual low volume holding pattern persists.

The 'results' at Blue Moon amount to one hole so far...a little early to call a 'poor' verdict.
Let's see what holes 2-4 bring and then make judgement.
As for 6 months SP...your guess is as valid as anyone else's...time will tell.

Nice to have a CEO with geo' experience to review Adams plans with a bit more commercial rigour.
CB was a monet man and had less knowledge to challenge Adam on the commercial side.
Not blaming Adam...think it was a case of Goe enthusiasm over commercial nous...its a learning curve.

Gino I see where you are coming from....badly worded on my part.
What I meant was the BOD knew that the second drill would be deployed at the end of Q1 so their statement of cash through 2023 would have taken the extra activities/spend in to account.

I never stated that cash burn would not increase.
To the contrary the £900k was raised to be more 'aggressive' with our approach and the second rig will obviously add costs.
We should slso get the R&D rax rebate this year at some point which will pad the coffers.
Does not detract from the statement made that they are funded through 2023...apologies can't recollect which recent interview it was mentioned.

It was mentioned in a recent interview that they had enough cash to last through 2023 (therefore in to 2024
Not optimistic...just what was said.

Enough cash available to get us in to 2024.
IF there are no further asset sales then another raise will be coming Sept/Oct time.
Even if we get a Creswick free rise JV we will still need to raise as we will deploy the 2 drills to swiss cheese Queensland or Blue Moon so cash burn will be the same.
Nothing to get our pants twisted over now.
And anyhow at 10p a share we will only need 20m shares issued to raise £2m...ever hopeful

Tamer....no reason to expect bad results apart rom a few unoptimistic posts here...for balance also nothing to suggest bonanza results.
I believe holes 2 & 3 at Blue Moon were closer to the original 2019 drilling sites than hole 1 (happy to be corrected) so I am hoping for better widths/grades as we are nearer the centre of the ore body.
We will find out soon!

Usually I would worry a little about the drop , but with multiple news on the near hirizon and the pacement offloads I am not worries in the least here.

Hi Cashking...Can you please give a link to the 'Promise Of Directors Wanting To Buy Shares ' as I thought they were unable due to being in a closed period.
I assume we would get an updated holding RNS only if a major shareholder crosses a threshold (please correct me if wrong).
You are correct in that the placees are holding this back if they are offloading....will get moving once they are cleared and hopefully a good set of Blue Moon, Creswick or Lolworth results will give a volume boost that enables this to be done sooner rather than later.

Gino/Mental, Agree with you both....good to have the possibility of a JV bubbling in the background to drive volume, but at the same time we don't want one of the 'twitter hypers' getting the 20% herd involved for a false rise and subsequent drop.
With regards to attractiveness for a JV , as we get a better picture with sampling and drilling through the year it will garner more attention, make it more attractive and improve our bargaining position in any discussions. So the longer it takes, the potentially better it will be in the long term.
One thing we know is companies are always keeping an eye on the 'small boys' for JV opportunities....just got to hope the upcoming activity makes us stand out from the crowd at some point.
