Photonstar has a loan facility of £1.5m, LED side of the business made a profit.
So once contracts are agreed this should slowly increase EBITDA to profit on the halcyon side.

Short term i would say cash would be ok, based on us actually getting contracts soon.

Accounts payable is a debt mate, way to confirm is that its in the liabilities section. Probably terms of payment on the well work.

Can't see why they wouldn't be able to get them out in a timely fashion.
Half year is normally unaudited and are a tiny segment in comparison to full accounts.
Some kind of operational mention of Halcyon seems unavoidable, there is revenue coming into the accounts for it.
So someone is using it, trial customers or signed up. Someone is using it.

I would also like to add, expect some operational update on the Friday 28th September alongside the half-year results.

I did debate buying more on Friday, had more last year. Holding 8.5m.

It wouldn't be a commercially viable decision to hire a handful of people on some pretty decent salaries. If there was no work, so there is work. Seen some of the savings that can be made from it, completely pays for itself. Its a no brainer for businesses to get involved. Understandable they want to test something before putting it in there buildings. It's like blindly fitting a kitchen, once integrated its not alot you can do about it.
