Halcyon is the product that will make the money but IBM will not be interested in the platform made on their environment. (It's not even their market place)
You need the devices to use the platform, same as you need Nest devices to use their platform.
It's not difficult to understand, IBM was merely showing the 'World of tomorrow' bit in their showroom.

IBM will not buy us, they are not in the lighting sector at all. They would have to build up a customer base and everything. If anyone was to snap us up it would be like NEST as they follow the same principles in the home. They could easily sell it out as a product.

Another difference to point out is that PSL deals heavily with Circadian lighting.
These has been a lot on this that it's good for health, people in care homes. Work environments etc.
That particular industry is made up of a majority of small/mid cap companies.
Put the two together we have two technologies that are going to be the future, better lighting technology in regards to what they emit and also they way they operate and are managed.

Yeah we do Supermarkets, Hospitals, Office Spaces, Care homes.. But we did Wembley with our lighting and even NASA. They use our lighting when the astronauts come back from space to adjust back to earth.

Beauty of Photostar's Halcyon is that all the devices are retro fixed. So into the current wiring etc without major remodelling or purpose built buildings.All the devices are wireless and the platforms design will allow real-time monitoring and energy adjusting.

Loss leading prices? if the product and the system is created the only place you can lose money is the installation level. We are in theory selling a platform, the main cost is the development. Future costs would be maintenance of that platform. Worst thing that i can see if cost recovery taking longer than expected.

We had a 55% debt reduction when selling Camtronics Vale, so even our overall debt is pretty minimal.
Development can be reduced into the P&L over 5 years.

Agree with Matt, i believe the volume is the issue here. Not the company nore the product. I just don't think that people have heard of it. When this gets some more PR this will rocket.
