I done the maths and Zaza has about 1,040,259,223 shares, his average is 0.659.
His £6.857m investment currently is worth £3.017m
Currently this guy is down £3.84m

Georgian Government owe us quite a bit of tax relief, we still start munching through that very soon.

Zaza said we are in a Cash Postive state and we are making money, next well is funded.
It appears to be he wants to take further dilution off the table and pay YA rather than full steam ahead on UD2.

I imagine Steve got a huge wedge from the passing of his father.
For me it's more about legacy for him than the cash, his dad is well known. I imagine he wants to be the same.

There isn't a lot they can tell you, so it's kind of a pointless email.

I have been saying this, i don't understand why people are expecting an RNS everyday.
When it comes it will just rocket, i bought more on the dip. Buy low Sell high (Pence in this case)

I'm happy just to sit here at the moment, it is annoying watching this trickle downwards.
I am unsure why there is an expectation everyday though of an RNS and also the expectation of a share raise.
If that is their allocated share raise for the year, there not likely going to do it straight away. If anything it will probably be in 6 months time when they run out of they money they currently have in the bank.

I'm personally confident that the Unite contract will come off and also some over contracts, when an RNS come out on that it is doubtful you will be able to get in at these prices. We can see us going downwards on low volume, you can only imagine buys at high volume.

Latest RNS (02/05/18) - strengthen balance sheet and get "working capital" day-to-day trading operations covered ahead of the Roll out. (£450k)

Previous RNS (27/02/18) - The company raised £430,000 to fund the rollout of its cloud-based lighting solution for buildings. (So looks like they have have covered the trial costs for new customers & Installations)

This month it has been said in articles that "Camtronics complete management buy-out"
So that would mean they have paid over all the money they owe us, £150k in cash and our group debt has reduced by £440k i believe.

So from what i read at the moment, we are in hell of a good position to take on these contracts.

Yeah in the event of more cash being required, if the share price goes up it wouldn't be as diluted for a start. Its a measure most companies take as a 'just incase' they have cash in the bank recently, contracts on the way. I personally see no issue.

Why would they need a raise when they just got 150k cash and £440k wiped off debt. You guys need to do your research.

Contracts will be signed, they have new clients trialing before signing up. Everything takes time.

I'd be pretty content seeing 0.50-0.60 but this level is just stupid.

I believe the company has huge potential, i'm just surprised we have made the continuous slip from the 0.60's.

To recovering the share price, we just seem to continuously move lower :(

It's obvious that we have a Letter of Intent with Unite for 50,000 devices.
Also obvious the Philips has done the lighting but we will be brought in for Monitoring and most likely deal with the heating side of it.
Photonstar has contacts everywhere, we did trials all over the country, literally just look.

Lower this goes the more of a bargain it is.

Cause the market cap is so tiny, the amount added to the market cap is minimal it just causes huge swings.
I'm not hugely bothered, nice to be in cheaper than we are, but there's no doubt in my mind this company is going to make decent money.
