Just making an assumption on this from a case study, but it looks like Annual Charge is about 80p a Sq Metre.
A building of Unite Students holding 862 residents is a size of 263,000 square foot which is 24,434 Sq Metres.
So would seem that something around this rate would generate £19,550 to monitor this one building.
If it was something around this kind of principle, across their company of 350,000 students.
Obviously we are talking years to install this across a business of that size. But after full installation, at 80p per Sq Metre you are looking at a revenue of £7.9m
(Seeing they use 117m KWH of electric and 30.7m KWH of Gas, you can see how they can justify this kind of annual spend)

Not saying we will win a contract, but it gives you an idea of scale so you can draw conclusions.

Originally when i invested in FRR yonks ago, it was all about the gas for me.
That's the one way Europe are going to keep their carbon emissions down.
Gas will eventually be the raw material everyone will demands. IMO

Have you seen what natural gas has done this month, it's stupid. 26% up since the 1st.

As of the back of 2017, but walkers crips have some input since then.

Several potential contracts in play, i imagine the housing association will take a while.
I would think it would be unite students if any, they did the LOI previously.

Paid a bit of a premium it would appear, guessing there isn't many cheap shares about now.

The current price already reflects the risk, they are obviously running on something. (Fumes most likely)
Contracts are being agreed with several clients, we will just see what happens.

Doesn't anyone find it strange how they haven't bothered to change their position at all.
That they own 13.4 per cent of photonstar, they haven't chosen to dump any stock.
Maybe they have faith in a return on their investment, they know more than us. Or ultimately they just don't care haha

0.2 would be a good starting point, for Photonstar Technology to remain. It would see they would be generating some cash soon. Each day that passes makes me less concerned, they are obviously using some kind of cash to keep the lights on.

Been doing some reading up and there are some businesses that haven't been mentioned yet.
We know Unite Students and L&Q are testing or have been, there is some others. There not exactly small though.
