Sorry using the Royal 'we', being an investor. Same when people discuss football games, like their the ones on the pitch. Yeah I think there has been some mistakes, could of been managed alot better. I do however believe that James is not milking this or anything around those lines, photonstar has been a pretty respectable product for about a decade I think. He has tried to move we the times and unfortunately I think he's grately misunderstood the market and the achievable timescales. Personally reading up about the product itself is fantastic, you see things like hive and nest. But it would appear it doesn't really have anything on this in regards to diversity. If it can get a contract under its belt and become stable I do believe there is money to be made here. Especially at this current level.

America already said they are interested and i bet a load of other countries are as well, as we don't need to have the Tariffs the EU had in place. Drops at the moment seem very fabricated, people are starting to panic.
To close LED based on a forecast of 2019 and do a raise at such a low level. Their hands seem pretty tied.
But to hold on to halcyon (Photonstar Technology) does show me that there must be something happening.
Were on the finishing line, but with all this panicking and drops to the abyss is just harming chances of this becoming a success. Thoughts are at the moment they are literally running on skeleton staff, Directors i would expect them to defer the salaries.

I reckon it might be a buy, I cannot see them getting that price unless someone was buy these shares. It being a buy, there's probably enough shares in circulation to get them cheap at the moment

I do think when something does happen this will shoot up, when this point is... Well no-one really knows.
I cannot see they Photonstar would of bothered with alot of things if they were just going to go under without a fight.
It's a bit like the LED side of their business, they looked at forecasts and they were not great going forwards.
So they closed it, they could of dragged it out. Probably shouldn't of looking at the share price.
On borderline of sorting out deals, probably just had to bite the bullet and do the raise at a low price..
Even if they can get one decent deal we might be laughing, not as much as before but money could be made here if it is successful.

Think the shares have already been sold, at the moment we just have a surplus with all the sells.
A bit of buying will cause this to go back up pretty easy, just need some kind of good news.

It will drag itself into 2019, its not going under at the moment.
