It's telling me that the shares will remain in the ISA but they will not be listed? I imagine once sorted they will reconnect.. Could be wrong!!!! Seeing everyone else is expecting the worst.

Oh sorry you mean day to day operations etc, yeah i have no idea. They will know all the share holders, holdings and their addresses. But yeah in regards to what we get as RNS's i don't know. (Back to the dark and growing mushrooms)

Just to clarify with everyone Cairn is the one's who have caused this at the moment. Dropping us with a month's notice, i know that's how the terms operate but as it stands there was no reason to do it. The Court case is what is it, when money is involved everyone will stab each other for it, Hope is just being greedy.

Another thought, if they have resigned due to hope. Then i guess he would have to resign before the new NOMAD is even signed off? They do due diligence on directors, i doubt they would approve him.

Would they not resign due to Hope being on the board and the allegations against him trying to screw over share holders?

Ceasing to engage a Nomad
If a company ceases to engage a Nomad and a replacement Nomad is not appointed immediately, the Exchange will suspend the company from trading on AIM with immediate effect. If a replacement Nomad is not appointed within one month, admission of those securities will be cancelled.

Engage surely means talks? (Definition - participate or become involved in / someone's interest or attention)
So a extension does seem possible to me. We should have news Friday at least, if not they have taken into account Public Holidays.

Not being funny also, there was 3 bank Holidays. Surely that's not included? Extra 3 days? The market was closed.

If its that hard to sign back up with a nomad why do they only give you 30days. Doesn't seem right at all.

I just got an RNS alert from RNSAlert,com, but there appears to be nothing there.
Not sure if they are playing with it at the moment and stopped it prior to submission.
Did others get the same?

If that was the case why wouldn't they just use the money to pay themselves? instead of taking shares.
No one likes a share issue, but it does really seem like they have cleared down the balance sheet if they are salaries to shares same affect to us if they did take the cash, so they must want them.
