For quite sometime now I have seen any return on this as a lottery win. With greater odds.
If there any any success of this business I cannot see how our ownership is any different to that of Steve's.
Technically Steve's elected and just cause he was in position doesn't inherit a business owned 10% for example by him.
I think for most that the silence is unsettling, if we were this far in with a little more reassurance. Most probably could handle the lengthy wait.
Looed I believe it's yourself who speaks to the business occasionally or have done in the past.
(Though I could be mistaken)
Was there mention further down the road they would be reaching out to those who held holdings?
Such a comment may perk us the spirits of those who are gathering dust.
A company that goes from public to private is de-listed from the public exchange on which its shares traded. It still may issue stock but its shares will no longer be available to the public.
In theory the shareholders still have a majority stake in a non-tradable stock asset. This is alongside any other lending they had attached eg loan notes etc...
But ultimately regardless leaving the exchange is the company continues to function it is that ownership of the shareholders and not just claimed by the acting CEO.
Brokers etc won't care about private stock as they cannot make money on it. I would hope that at the point of delisting the company (FRR) downloaded a list of AIM FRR shareholders, I know this principle exists as I used to work at an AIM business. My CEO used to rant about a particular shareholder who used to go against all the resolutions.
In summary if something positive happens your name should be on the list.
There was 5p on the table previously, I'm hoping very north of that. Not being greedy but a $50mcap business with $billions in reserves should be giving the wealth back to the individuals that got them there.
Real question has anyone ever seen the remaining block 12 back out for tenders? I don't believe I've seen it, surely it would of happened already. Seems like alot of games being played.
My assumption would be profits, historical production has now increased alot in value. I think this was oversold to start with.
Work out the maths, no fracking is currently happening. IGas had. £35m revenue last year, this is when gas dropped and it wasn't over $100 a barrel.
I think you can expect £60m revenue and profit when 2022 numbers come out. 5-10p dividend seems easily possible with historical highest on gas and oil.
Laters people.
I bought more too
News is suggestion rishi has banned fracking based on the manifesto, but I'm unsure how accurate that actually is.
My point exactly, they are referring to his comment on the 2019 manifesto in the press but it says fracking if done safely...
What is deemed safe?
I cannot see if ending like that after a majority vote, after he voted for Fracking. My thoughts are it will continue with heightened regulations and deemed safe.
The Party’s manifesto pledged to “not support fracking unless the science shows categorically that it can be done safely”.
I think there is still scope in fracking, they were never going to do it unless it was deemed safe anyway.
Not sure how much I believe the articles coming out. The 2019 Conservative Party manifesto said: "We will not support fracking unless the science shows categorically that it can be done safely."
Hasn't that been the whole point that it is safe ??
Also them voting all the other say with rishi voting against it being banned.
You are aware majority of conservatives voted against banning fracking the other day. Including rishi and the Home Secretary. It would undermine their party to do it.
In prime ministers questions today he avoided the subject partly and said about renewables and the environment, nothing about a the ban and also there is no solid proof it will cause environmental damage in the UK.
Just saying.
I believe zaza appeal has been declined, that's all I know.

Founded in 2018, he's pretty much a consultant.
So the document attached is March 2022.
In regards to Georgia's energy profile, co-funded by the EU.
Skip to parts about Frontera Resources.
....
Six investment companies are currently carrying out extraction work in Georgia: Ninotsminda Oil Company, Block Rustaveli Company Limited, Frontera Resources Georgia, Nautic AWT Energy Pte Limited, Block Energy, and Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation. Other companies are conducting exploration work only.
...
Quite clearly says that Frontera is carrying out extraction work and no exploration.
.....
American-owned Frontera Resources produces minor amounts of gas and has announced the discovery of huge gas reserves, although no progress or confirmation has yet followed.
......
Frontera appears to have gas still flowing, I would like to assume that this potential activity on the ground in the coming months as mentioned will be progress and confirmation.

Honestly I can't see Frontera coming back to the exchange, unless the media blackout is so that when they do return they can swallow up the shares upon return. Being on aim/exchange is a pretty expensive ordeal, what will it add to the business now?
My thoughts would be the end goal now is for a outright sell off, SN is getting old... He will want to just cash in his 20-30years of labour.
Depending on what happens would depend where to shove your share for tax purposes. But it going back to the exchange and ISA seems unlikely to me.
Just to add regarding the website, most websites have a sitemap.xml. There doesn't appear to be any real content on the website at the moment, when it does I imagine it will appear within this. I check it ever so many days, but people are welcome to check too and save me the task haha

Sorry that was there is probably investors willing*
I wouldn't want to say too much.
But I guess look at it this way, there appears to be little steps towards activity.
The website.
The change to the UK equivalent of Companies House.
Activity has been mentioned, oil is at a high..
There are people investors willing to help frontera at the moment. Zaza had oil to sell over a time period was it all just inventory?
Dino I'm pretty sure has been running for years.
This activity might be cleaning up the mess and restarting the wells.
As I said we will just have to wait and see, there has been hope all these years with nothing happening.. I guess people can only be skeptical once gears appear to be turning.
