It begins

Long and short they are saying FRC don't own the asset it was left in the liquidation and Zaza nabbed it from the liquidators.
FRC are saying they transferred it because GOGC couldn't block the transfer due to the PSA wording.
In the PSA it does say "Such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed"...
So basically i read that as they cannot actually say no..

Not being funny but SN has a Managing Partner on his side, his expertise should destroy Zazas legal team.

The Argument would be though that the PSA/PSC was signed out prior to that limited company even being established.
So it theory it was never the true owner would be FRC, that's what i imagine they would say anyway.

It's more about getting you position in early on, the land is higher than what the standard high grade classification is by about triple. The capex is going to be low as they have a port nearby and roads don't need to be constructed either. On top of that the separation of the material also is easy too, it's seems to tick all the boxes.. with a high ROI for the shareholders according to the latest interview.
