But if that moves like most expect the liquidation to me just seems like a formality now.
It's more about getting you position in early on, the land is higher than what the standard high grade classification is by about triple. The capex is going to be low as they have a port nearby and roads don't need to be constructed either. On top of that the separation of the material also is easy too, it's seems to tick all the boxes.. with a high ROI for the shareholders according to the latest interview.
