To me this very much proved the asset has been passed to the other company now, i previously mentioned this company quite some time ago where they attempted and failed.

Now the old Georgian company is liquidated and the new one. (Frontera East Georgia Ltd)

My comment is if your company is in liquidation, then that's it. They are moaning about not being paid, not losing their jobs. It seems like their jobs very much still exist, they just aren't being paid for their work. Outside the embassy moaning about it, it's all a little strange. I swear that the tax owed to Frontera had been mentioned previously also, once the courtcase is done. I imagine they can accept the lending (that hope was blocking) and get on with it. But who knows... Let's see.

Few other articles, they apparently won't stop until their demands are met.
I do find it funny that there is no mention of the company being liquidated or going under.

I always mention Steve's dad who was a very political figure of the oil and gas industry, their is an organisation every set up in there names. Funny enough linked to our office which Steve would deal with "Tassie and Constantine Nicandros Foundation". It seems like he's very much about helping people, same can be said in Georgia, for years during operation they have supported their staff medically. Most of their staff have racked up very high years of employment.

We just need to see how all this plays out, hopefully in our favour.
