Him proving funds for shares seems like a good plan to me, the share price will rocket with business certainty. It's a profitable business

He knows if he got back in he'd make alot more money with some kind of deal.
If he did put a deal down on the table this might be one of the reasons to minimise his share holding, it would look bad if his hand forced the deal.

The gains today are great, it will only happen again tomorrow in my opinion. They have quite abit of cash, small market cap, it's very unlike alot of other shares rocketing at the moment. Pretty sure the dividend used to be 10p that, I'm hanging around for the reinstatement of that.

Typically you would get dividends based on profits, however this business i believe is holding dividends to build the business faster and increase the share value that way.

It's an Italian business that was bought for over £200m, you can see it as an exceptional item on the annual report.

There progress is much greater than at the point of the buy, so it's only going to continue up.
