Frontera appears to have gas still flowing, I would like to assume that this potential activity on the ground in the coming months as mentioned will be progress and confirmation.

Honestly I can't see Frontera coming back to the exchange, unless the media blackout is so that when they do return they can swallow up the shares upon return. Being on aim/exchange is a pretty expensive ordeal, what will it add to the business now?
My thoughts would be the end goal now is for a outright sell off, SN is getting old... He will want to just cash in his 20-30years of labour.
Depending on what happens would depend where to shove your share for tax purposes. But it going back to the exchange and ISA seems unlikely to me.

Just to add regarding the website, most websites have a sitemap.xml. There doesn't appear to be any real content on the website at the moment, when it does I imagine it will appear within this. I check it ever so many days, but people are welcome to check too and save me the task haha

But I guess look at it this way, there appears to be little steps towards activity.
The website.
The change to the UK equivalent of Companies House.
Activity has been mentioned, oil is at a high..
There are people investors willing to help frontera at the moment. Zaza had oil to sell over a time period was it all just inventory?
Dino I'm pretty sure has been running for years.
This activity might be cleaning up the mess and restarting the wells.
As I said we will just have to wait and see, there has been hope all these years with nothing happening.. I guess people can only be skeptical once gears appear to be turning.

I can see there is alot of back and forth.

Just thought I would mention there is a rumour that Activities will start in a few months.
Not sure at what capacity, my personal opinion would be proving up wells.

Does seem a little strange to password protect the website now, especially blank. Typically you would password protect a draft website in creation, they didn't have to get Squarespace.. They already have email domains somewhere else, hence their previous active email addresses..
Perhaps they are adding content and there and eventually Frontera will have a website again.
Private or Public.. not having a company website is not the norm in the 21st century, makes the company seem very tinpot..

I can only assume that zaza got hold of the old domain or a series of other things happened, but this is what Houston seem to be using.

Makes sense the email comes out as the Aim Admission was made out in the Cayman Islands business.
Seeing this Business has been getting winded up it makes sense that these public shares no longer exist.
Seeing Zaza's comment in court and those who confirmed their share holding with a laywer in the past.
It seems possible to me this ownership of the business still exists but in private shares in the Houston Corporation.
The wind-up of the cayman islands business money to cover the debt and not the asset itself, this was not a negative liquidation but settlement to it's creditors.
The Cayman Islands business in theory gone, but i think you will find moldova, georgia etc all came under the Frontera Corp Houston. Not under the caymans business, so i think you will probably find we are actually still private shareholders & Steve being CEO is not suddenly a billionaire.

Also it appears that II hasn't had any response from Frontera Resources for 18months and automatically assumed the shares are in theory worthless. I guess to the Exchange they probably are.

FYI - Spoke with someone who is Georgian and they said it basically in summary.
Green Capital is a Zaza firm and will extract oil.
Frontera Eastern Georgia is bankrupt.

I can only imagine they are not up to date on the Green Capital part.

Or today... Seeing it's after midnight!
