I couldn't see any issue with the comment the year high was 88p and he suggested a personal aim. I doubt anyone is suggesting it ever returns to the high, but as it stands this pricing is to fail. If this business doesn't fail then it will rocket.

I do agree dragging out the no news is pretty terrible, they need to mention their options.

They announced "Partnership with Housing Association" they closed the other area of the business 12 days after that announcement. So that's one trial alone that is still running.

They closed LED based on revenue forecasting, before it got to bad basically. That's pretty proactive approach, likely to secure halcyon from being dragged down when LED occurs monthly losses.
They could in theory kept it going into 2019, if they were just going to run everything to the ground.

"Management forecasts for the remainder of 2018 and into 2019 for PhotonStar LED suggest that this business will not experience the same level of seasonal growth in Q4 2018 as has historically been the case. In addition there is now significant uncertainty regarding PhotonStar LED's forecast revenues for 2019."

If the halcyon staff are not going out doing trials and installations. What would they be doing all day. Why not just close up previously. Theres got to be something going on, it's worth more than we are now. Where it falls after is anyone's guess depending on the outcome.

If the business got contracts they would go into a positive cashflow. I can't see them raising at these levels would just be stupid. In regards to contracts the clients either want it or they don't, which is the bit we should find out soon. If we got a big deal with someone, cannot say that they wouldn't be lent money on that arrangement. They have a £1.5m overdraft for the group, their cos are next to nothing now, it's all overheads of salaries etc. We will just have to see what happens, reckon news before year end.

If the business got contracts and have money coming in why would they need a issue of shares etc. Most issues of shares in the past was due to development of the halcyon system. If they have money coming in, surely they just get a loan like normal companies.

My thoughts too, we're dragging this out for a reason, must be the some current contracts renew yearly and we are going to take over from the 1st of January. If this was going under surely it would already done so.

Thing is I think there may of been some miscalculations on the way in regards to timescales. But the companies we are dealing with are pretty large and they want to see everything before signing their names up. Unlike tin top companies I work for, we sign up to anything haha.

Featherbourne my thoughts exactly, if this was going under it would of already. If the staff had thought this was going under they would of already gone. On closure of Photonstar LED limited, they would of closed the group, it's clearly not currently going that way. Still a risk but those who want to put their money down can be greatly rewarded.
Prices at the moment are priced to fail. Unite Students, L&Q? Even RBS, Kingfisher (B&Q), Tesco are possibilities.
The clients i believe are fed through the "innovation gateway" these are sizible people, one contract and this can change everything very fast.

Contracts they may pick up maybe in line with that. Renewals etc, also its good to update shareholders before the year close.
We will just have to see.

If we get funding surely we would shot back to 0.15+ & a contract 0.5+. Dunno if the contract would even need to be good, likely would be though seeing the kind of clients we deal with.

I did look at that and i do not think it's accurate, i remember a company being mentioned on the Blinds not long back.
Yet that wasn't on there.

As i mentioned it so that stores can see what routes the customers go, what they tend to look at.
They can use that data to design out the store, putting offers on that route which customers would be more likely to pick up.

It appears there has been some changes recently?
Some of the names have changed and it looks like "Halcyon Footfall Sensors" has been added.
I don't actually know what these are but looking online they appear to be track customer movements in and around stores. It would seem that these might be used to see where customers go within Stores and use this data to provide key Point of sale items.

It wasn't there before i don't think... it appears we might be speaking with a retail outlet now also...
