Sell on the spike?18 Jul 2018 11:36
Didn't realise that we spiked yet, Only reason this share price is driven down is due to people wanting a quick buck.
Read up about the company, you can come to the conclusion this share is completely under valued.
From what i can work out, on a decent size contract, this can easily bag a few times.
Say we had a roll out of 50,000 devices over 2 years, from my understanding these devices are going to cost
£30-£50 each. So That's £1.5m in Revenue (£750k first two years)
Looking around at other industries i can only assume that monitoring will be charged based on SQ footage.
So my assumption is £1m first year and £2m next.
1st year: £1,250k
2nd year: £2,250k
3rd year £2,000k
4rd year £2,000k
Seems completely possible to me, based around a 50,000 device contract.
The rules implemented by the system will save the business money, £2m a year is a drop in the ocean if we are coverings 1m Sq Ft of space. (Unite who we believe it is, ESOS said with implementation of controls they can save £125m .
IMO on figures, draw your own conclusions.
