Currently seems to have the EV/EBITDA of 6.728, way too low in my opinion. JD Sports seem to have a EV/EBITDA of 8.62, we we can move towards that we are still looking at 100. 25% up from where we are now any one who has got in. (Bare in my JD Average over 10 years was 10.34)

I've jumped in for purely that reason, i will most likely wait for something like 110 and be on my way. I cannot see why there is such a drop of 50%, EBITDA was pretty good and in line.

Just to let you guys know, the range is so tight it will be a transfer.

I'm not saying the annual accounts are late in regards to regulation, but they are late in regards to publication. Majority of businesses have the financial year of Jan - Dec, you don't see them all sending them out end of June. Their publication date they decided is the end of May, hence the RNS. I not saying any negatives regarding it, they updated the market as they should of. No money has been wasted.

Hmm... i think you will find that they are actually later than usual, hence the extension. The last two years the Final accounts were published in May, this years will be published in June. "expects that it will now announce its final results for the 12 months to 31 December 2017 during June 2018." "It will now" that means not from the usual, i can see what you mean in regards to the expectation. If the deadline wasn't in May they wouldn't of felt the need to issue a statement.

Haha, the deadline is end of the month. Doesn't mean it will be the whole month. It was an extension, once the Audit partners agree they will need to get things signed.

It is interesting that we are at an BSI conference, they obviously focus on business standards across the UK. I imagine this relates to halcyon and its real time checking of emergency lighting and other safety related managed items. Best thing BSI could do is make a standard around real time safety monitoring. Then we would be in the money :)

Saw that the other week, James advises a lot on the industry. Although positive, we are not the only company in the industry. Made up of a lot of mid-sized businesses, Halcyon on the other hand seems excellent, that is the think that will bring in the big bucks. As mentioned some point in the future, i cannot see why Google owning NEST wouldn't snap it up for business users and expand NEST in that direction from just doing homes.

Although the sale of Camtronics was in January, it's a major change to the companies finances prior to the publication of the accounts. It would need to be adjusted accordingly.
