FRC did the PSA deal, but FRI held the asset (Same with Moldova).
Outrider's agreement is with FRI and this is the limited company they are attempting to liquidate.
Unsure how Frontera Resources Corporation comes into this, when everting was signed to Frontera Resources International. FRC in my opinion just continues.
