I need to ask where do you get these time frames?

Sorry Guys not really been paying attention recently, what are we currently waiting on. Has there been any more progress on the court case? are we still waiting for this apparent NDA to run it's course?

Not like that any more, they didn't turn the tap off. Melting of the polar ice caps is actually Frontera's fault.

I imagine the Annual report for 2018 should be done now, I've asked YJ for it and awaiting their response.
In theory it should be readily available as it's one of few rights of a Private share holder.

Sections of the accounts should also clarify that the current position is, PSA licence, liquidation etc.
Although it's not in the reporting period it would need to be published in these accounts if they were and should be published end of last month June 19.

Rights:
• Be sent important information, such as the annual report and accounts
• To inspect the various registers the company keeps, such as the register of directors
• To see a copy of the company's memorandum and articles of association
• Attend shareholder ('general') meetings
• Vote at general meetings
• Receive a dividend (if one is declared)
• Receive a proportion of anything left over if the company is wound up

Honestly i'm not holding my breathe in any short term response.
Well constructed email but likely event us getting told anything until an a signifiant event happens is pretty slim.
If it wasn't the case we would of heard something already, wouldn't require the prompting.

As a company you can login so see who owns the shares. I used to be in a company that did this and the when it came to voting it was easy to work out the share holder that hates the business and votes against everything haha.

Just messaged IG about the ISA shares being moved back. Will it affect my Allowance.
Their response....

"If the share relists we will move it back to ISA and we will make the necessary adjustments. It will not affect your allowance"

I responded "That's excellent, i will wait till then." , "Would i need to make you aware when this happens"

Their Response "No, you don't really have to. "

I think we are likely to see a RNS about Holdings at some point, someone will be hoovering these up.

Shares were issued recently but resulted in no drop that i could see, i reckon the directors are hoovering them up.

Waiting name change and least 1 contract. Seeing that most of the staff are Ex UNILAD.
I imagine they are going thru their old client lists.

section 168 of the Companies Act 2006, Assuming the vessel was AIM and therefore UK Law. I cannot see why we cannot do this?

Yeah a lot more going on now than when there used to be. Only annoyance for me is shares falling out on ISAs, but if it gets rid of Hope and allows rapid progression then it might all be worth it.

I feel like we haven't lost the asset regardless, so it seems that production is still going. We paid YA off and money is coming in from somewhere, we wouldn't be allowed to have monthly income from Oil/Gas if the asset was no longer ours. All a waiting game, I still hope for a dividend with a sell of lets say 6TCF. More than enough money there for shareholders and ongoing operations.

Seems to be holding very well, when this does get going i think it will rocket.

Not 100% what you are referring to in regards to solvency where terms are agreed it should still be the directors at the share holders of that limited liability company (We're Shareholders of the corporation). It would be their responsibility to adhere to the terms set out, if the business were to be liquidated rather than repayment being made in X about of time plus interest. Liquidation would result in their names being taken off as the business is no longer theirs.

Hopefully this makes sense, if you reference the section your confused about we can discuss more.

If this does not come good for us, a few of us will be sat on cardboard boxes in a dark alley.
