IG have finally moved my ISA shares to my general share holding account.
There's me thinking they would forget about it...

What a waste of years of allowances.

How is this gone when it's a subsidiary that has gone into liquidation and the asset has been moved?
All this court case just seems like a formality to me now.
Hope is off the board regardless if we win or not, we will just need to pay a court bill and we wont have a wedge of dosh.
If we were not holding the asset still i imagine operations would of ceased in Georgia, these staff are still being paid. Production and Sales haven't been halted, i cannot see that this is closing down.

Our shares are held at Frontera Resources Corporation Delware, based in Texas.
Anything that happens to any of the companies below that doesn't change our holdings in the business.
We in theory just loose assets and company worth.

Tsb i think realistically the would have to part cash as a dividend, the asset is investors owned.
Profit from the asset should in theory go to the shareholders, they shouldn't sit on huge sums of money as in theory this would be an investors return. I think it's possible that we could see one, while being conservative of holding funds for more ventures. I like to see us buy shares back on the cheap.

Declaration of solvency would also mean interest for the trouble of probably 8% in addition.
But they must have beyond reasonable doubt that there will be income, or some other means will pay it. I don't think a judge or anyone would expect a loan or something that is not more of a guarantee. Someone might of vouched for them.

They could just sell the 6tcf, get the cash. Pay off the creditors,do some more wells in B12 and make a start on Moldova. Not sure what's happening in Ukraine, might not be ours by that point.

I think there will be parties if its not valued at 0p atm.

I can see that everyone is losing their mind on Facebook, If they have liquidated Frontera Resources Caucasus Corporation. This company is owned by Frontera International Corporation and that one is owned by Frontera Resources Corporation (Delaware).
There is discussion that the asset has moved, not sure if that is true or not but our shares are actually held in the American Delaware company 'Frontera Resources Corporation'. Surely our accounts make this clear they are in USD not Cayman Dollars and not GBP. I know i'm correct as i have the AIM application in front of me.

EU actually have too many laws and patents preventing goods from the US coming in. For example buffalo mozzarella is a protected regional cheese, so in the EU it has to come from there. provinces of Caserta and Salerno.

The EU creates barriers preventing other countries dealing with us, for example you get a product from Germany for £10. China will do the product for £6 but the EU will not allow it and say that only Germany can do that product.

If works both for and against, your protecting businesses but it doesn't allow synergy. So companies never involve the product and eventually we end up with overpriced crap.

Sometimes things can be obvious and the law still goes against what is right.

Tsbs when a company has a certain amount of interest in the business they normally end up on the board one way of another. If they rejected them to join the board, they would of kicked their feet.

My shares are still sat in my ISA, if they have notified me i will just see what happens if this ever makes it back to market.

In theory you could go on the cayman islands website and check the status on a company, whether active or liquidation. I checked the bottom one at the cost of US$36.59, individual price for each.
