There's a new set of pictures of the New Board on the website, which is pretty quick.. Must say I hadn't realized Christopher Davies has "substantial knowledge of graphite"...never bothered to check him out before...seems he might be Australian. A resume of Mikael Schauman but not got a picture yet.

Well we still don't know the reason but I'm glad he's been involved in assisting Bowie. I liked him, I trusted him and I still do.

Eric...The new man starts in under two weeks which probably means we'll get a statement of some sort and it seems pointless to speculate any more until that happens. But I don't really hold with the view that nothing is happening, I'm sure there's plenty of stuff going on. Only another fourteen days then until the new regime begins, can we wait that long, why not? Will we like it, don't know, just have to wait and see.

Well...that's the optimistic version...it could be two out in the bushes or even three.

That's true Sj...and we certainly do hope it's for a good reason. Pocko says the government hasn't destroyed investor value and I'd dispute that...nine years with no decision has taken it's toll on all of us...and it's not finished yet we're still in suspense. And it's only another week before the new CEO takes his position ...only another week that is for everybody including Pocko , we choose to wait another week or not to. and his complaining about me saying that is absolutely absurd rubbish.

We don't have a timescale for the appeal decision and that's fundamental to our operations...and the board can't do a thing about that. Kurt said he'd keep us informed and he didn't because he couldn't.

A non executive director isn't exactly an employee...they get a monthly fee, I think.

Given there's a powerful lobby against this Company...it would be good if the 'friends' showed a bit more support and solidarity...can you be for it and against it?

PS If KB hadn't taken on the graphite project we really would be in a boom or bust situation but actually we're not, we've got another option, making battery products for a rising market...hopefully it will be both and + Vardar.

Look, I don't want to argue and dispute with another investor but these bbs are for discussion and debate. The Company has gained the first exploitation award given in Sweden for 12 years but an appeal against it is part of the process, we always knew it would happen. What could the Company do in the circumstances except press on and pressing on with Grafintec seems to be sensible to me. And the Company surely needs to be discrete about some things. We could loose the chance to mine at Kallak and investors are naturally cautious. We're not in a good place at the moment and we've had a shock. Such matters as processing times are being reviewed and it could work out OK in the end. I'm just saying to add my thoughts to Aug's for a bit of balance not because I can't see the down side because I can but I'm sticking with it...boom or bust. GLA.

PS All provided the appeal doesn't take so long that we run out of money. :-(
