I didn't buy because of the new man...it was because the sp was so low and we were long overdue for some news. We live and learn... Ibjj can have a little scream today if he feels like it.

Richmeister...think it was because the appointment of the new man got leaked, don't why that should have caused any excitement...according to a post on Placera anyway. And I actually bought some more myself...one lives and learns.

Roller...A better plan would be to do some anger management excercises...my sister taught me a few but I can't remember what they were. Breath deeply, possiby and think of something else or have a glass of cider.

We dug deep to fund this year's plans and a complete volte face requires more explanation than we've had so far.

Eric...Unfortunately, we've all got our finger on the pulse of what seems to be something purposeful and it's something we don't like and I'd like very much to think it's a positively good purposeful but I'm not getting it.

Looks like we're all thinking along the same lines...we're angry, I hope we're wrong.

Roller, plenty of people on this bb have wanted a quick sale and as you know I've not been one of them. I want us all to get a fair return on our investment whether it's a sale of production.

Shareholders it has to be said are nobody's favourite people.

I mean of course having been promised an action packed, at a pace year of advancing our projects.

It is their job to look after the interests of shareholders which means having a view to the share price and the announcement yesterday was bound to have an adverse effect on that. If there is bad news, and we've weathered plenty. we have to take it on the chin...but the absence of anything we can interpret as good news yesterday and no explanation smacks of a disregard for investors.

The bit we still don't understand is the advancing our projects bit.

Last word from the Chairman in the Audited Results for the period ended 31 Dec 22, published on 2 Jun 23 was this;

"With the aim of bringing Kallak into production, and opportunities with Grafintec to get into anode materials production, we are currently reassessing our timelines for advancing our projects and look forward to a busy schedule ahead progressing them."

And from the Unaudited Results for the period ended 31 Mar 2023 sent out on 31 May, we were told this:

" A request for proposal (RFQ) for a Pre-feasibility Study ("PFS") was sent out and asked for by the 11 May 2023. The technical results from the PFS will be an important part of the application for the environmental permit."

We didn't know quite what to make of it at the time and we still don't.

Is the PFS going ahead?

We're reacting at the moment out of anger at the way this had been handled, it feels like we've been treated with complete distain.

Same here, no emails...there've been so few I've failed to notice.

Is it the reason Kurt left? And who is it who's calling the shots? I'm sorry to say I've completely lost faith in the board but what can we do about it...nothing except take a big loss. A valuable asset but it's not looking good for us.

It's a good question Eric, who appointed Rostin? I see the minutes are out...wonder what constitutes a withheld vote?

Nothing is infinitely sustainable.

When the Minutes come out it will be interesting to read the Chairman's statement...it'll mention a commitment to sustainability I expect, which is a bit like the invisible suit of clothes.
