If wanting a fair and balanced debate about the situation is picking a fight and making excuses for the BOD then I'll push off. And being rational, how could a junior mining company have survived nine years of waiting for a decision on an exploitation licence...it's a miracle we've survived at all. The situation now, the change of plan remains undisclosed and could remain so for several months. I've had enough of this bb and I'm finished with it until something of the mystery of the situation is revealed from the appropriate quarter. GLA.

I'm so dull he just can't resist peeking into the greenery to see what I'm saying. Lol. And what makes me naughty people? I'm an investor with a lot of money invested in this Company. If it's all so bad with no upside as he keeps on posting and as he did during the last fundraise, why doesn't he take his money and put it somewhere with a better chance of a return? And what about my desperation to be correct? What about his desperation to be correct? Surely we both want this Company to succeed...it's been uphill but it was never going to be easy. If I were to say we gained the Concession to Mine which is valid for 25 years and which was the first awarded for 12 years...what would he say? I know what he'd say...look at the sp. Yes, just look at it...why is it that terrible...many reasons which is what we debate on here. I think it's the Sami appeal factor. Sorry for the long post, I usually try to keep my comments brief, unlike our critical friend who has to keep telling us that he told us so. Why doesn't he take his own advice and quit this debacle, eh?

He's just woken up to the fact that the pending decision on the Sami appeal might just have had a major influence on the sp. If it hadn't, why might it be a shot in the arm if the Government's decision is upheld by the Court?

When did he previously state that? I think it was fairy tip toes who kept going on about that. Lol.

Another hatchet job this morning from our critical friend I see.

Taking another look at this from EB...he speaks of revised development plans not an asset sale plan: Here it is again because it might be all we get for some time:

"This experience will be critically important in the strategic review of our assets that is currently underway. We have identified several potential ways to optimise the development and ultimate value of our assets and need to ensure we study and incorporate the findings into our development plans. This strategic review will take approximately six months to complete, and we then look forward to updating the market on our revised development plans and timetable including the environmental permitting process and application which is no longer expected to be filed this year."

So, not this year but hopefully sometime soon (ish) in 2024.

If the twelve far reaching conditions are making it next to impossible to get the environmental permit then it's not just all over for us it's all over for mining in Sweden, mere speculation of course on my part but I feel entitled to look for an explanation have having invested a lot of money. The new directors are excited and I'm looking forward to finding out why.

That was a well aimed bit of speculation on your part Eric...but they are looking to recruit someone else, which is something to think about. Cheer up, it's only an investment...I'm staying in till we find out what's going on. Kurt took Options, don't forget, not cash so it's not all over yet.

Eric, if the PFS and the Environmental Permit are going to be someone else's responsibility, the Company isn't going to be worth much and if that's the case why would we have five directors. I'm still looking for production in 2026ish.

Yes, Sj...it would be good to know what we might expect from the six months review...they must have some idea by now. Not good enough is it.
