Nice recovery ..well done SJ. Our situation here is of course more acute than a mere re-design of the production facility...the long awaited decision will decide our fate once and for all...give or take Grafintec which might succeed, eventually at the end of 2027 with a bit of luck.

Recovery for HZM has become...up 13%...I'd buy a few myself if but I've had enough of mining.

Telling it like it is we just recovered slightly from what is possibly an all time low in Sweden...but y'all can read that same as I can. So...does a wipe out for us await?

The we weren't born yesterday remark was in no way directed towards the HZM shareholders; I sincerely hope their current situation improves quickly..it was directed at TheFarEnd in exchange for his little lecture on investing in general of which he is the absolute expert and genius...same with politics which he spouts incessantly on the Lloyds board to which he is absolutely devoted come rain or shine. Just saying. Tit for tat like. :-)

FarEnd..funding was always going to be a big issue, building a mine isn't cheap and we were never going to do it with the number of shares that the early days valuations were built on...it was unrealistic, but that's what AIM is it takes a lot of luck and a lot of positioning...hindsight is useless, of course. Anyway thanks for your good wishes.

FarEnd...Yes, the decision that mattered happened 18 months ago but it doesn't become an 'actual' decision until the Supreme Court decides that it was OK, which means there is a perceived risk that it won't be OK and that would be curtains for our proposed mine; so I'm not agreeing with you that the opportunity will not present itself again, I'm believing it very well might and then some.

Yes, business as usual at Kallak is what we were encouraged to expect and ignore the elephant in the room, it was gung ho but how much business as usual (sic) there has been is uncertain...maybe that was the change in strategy, not to expend resources on something in the melting pot. Just guessing...and placing my bet on the Government having got it right when they weighed it in the balance...all the Riksdag were behind that decision, all except the Green Party. We are of course expending resources just waiting as we have been doing for 10 years.

I would agree with Pocko's comments except for the fact that EB is flying under the radar for precisely that reason...the process is Sami v The Government; so we just have to place our bets and wait for the wheel to stop.

No chance Wots. When the Government banned uranium mining the company who were intending to mine it didn't get a penny compensation, they appealed and lose...think it was Aura.
