I've said anyone still invested here believes we can do it, which must be an exaggeration thinking about it. Nobody wants to lose money but there is a point isn't there when it's sensible to consider damage limitation. So no one could blame Oaktree for being 'out' if he is 'out'..could they?

Morning Share108...We do have Swedish posters commenting here from time to time. We don't know the time frame for the Appeal process. The Licence was granted on 22 March 2022 and the Sami Lawyers were given extensions up until early December of that year further to the initial period of 3 month. The Appeal is not directly a matter for BEM, it's the Sami Villages against the Government And the Supreme Court must decide about the Government's handling of the process, not the actual decision...were there irregularities. Do we know when it will be concluded...no. It isn't something we didn't expect, we knew it would be part of the process. And as for the process from start to finish (it clearly states in the Mining Strategy Document that it takes about 1 year) this Exploitation Licence is the first to be awarded in Sweden, a mining country, for 12 years. Sweden is known to have the strictest environmental requirements in the World; it's currently our work in progress and we like that...anyone still invested here thinks we can do it. It's seen as a big risk as indicated by the sp...we'll win or lose.

Hello Eric. Poppies are done, now what do I do...plant tulips, I suppose. As you say, it's going to be hard to post because we've probably had most of the news we can expect to get before the big one and that's not going to be before Christmas, the Government having till 8 Jan to submit their comments on the final submission from the Appeal faction. So...hibernation then, or winter stories...tales of the unexpected. We'll have to be very careful with that, not to p people off. Lol.

Thanks Eric, just finished another one and I've learned to crochet, it's very calming. Don't know how many I've made, at least fifty and I've made a lot of extra leaves. Not a bad week on the news front, bit longer for the decision but at least we know a bit more and it's all looking OK, moved up a little in Sweden. Have a nice weekend. Nighty night. X

Certainly do Eric...my manner doesn't suit everybody but debate must have some element of confrontation about it..if you disagree with someone else's opinion. The choice is not to post at all and that's what we've got, very few posting. That information this week about 'extra' land, I knew it was incorrect but hardly dared say so...it was hyped up for some reason or other knowingly or not. But the RNS was good imo and I'm pleased about it, we don't need any more land at present.
