Lol...It has actually, imagine how we would have felt if we'd known it would take about two years! But they do, don't they, Appeals are not usually quick.

Don't need to remind anyone I know but it will be two years in March 24 since the Government gave their Yes. Two years for an Appeal on the back of nine years of process.

Could there be an outside chance that the Court will make the decision before the end of Q1...the Government having until 8 Jan to make their comments, presumable their comments on the Sami submission? That will be game changing, one way or another.

The fact that it rose from 1p to 70p under CSP was due to iron bull market sentiment and believing we'd get the go ahead in about 1 year, which is what is claimed in the Mining Strategy Document.
