Eric..Thanks that's interesting from Ulla, seen it before but there's plenty in it to speculate about...I'd imagine 'outsiders' means people not familiar with the permitting requirements which includes shareholdeers but it's more polite to say 'outsiders' I think. It's also good imo because the requirements in Sweden is toughest in the world and as she says that's how it should be; we want to be the best there is and I'm buying it.

And for a bit of added uncertainty, we don't even know exactly what Grafintec are going to produce, do we; a few reasons have occurred to me, one of which is company confidentiality. I've been in engineering al my life and I'm familiar with all the reasons why it doesn't go exactly to plan; ie reasons/excuses depending which end of it you're at.

Morning Eric...I'm glad you think the Government is confident of winning the appeal; it doesn't matter much to us if the Government is confident or not...but are the punters that confident, because I'm not.

How can you have timeframes for something that might not get a permit...and another thing Aug pointed out several times which most including me didn't quite take on board is that the Government's decision changed the way in which the environmental application is made, some of the conditions needing to be solved before the application and not in the course of development which it was previously. I eventually caught on, Aug. It all has an effect on timeframes.

And remember the period allowed for the Sami to submit their appeal was extended twice, the time allowed stretching from May 22 to December 22...and there have never been any official timelines given for the decision. I think the Company have played it all down as you might expect but it was always there, wasn't it...and no timeframe.

This is crunch time...you need to have the risk taker's genes for this bit.

So...the Sami appeal isn't a factor, according to our critical friend, well that's his opinion but it's a fact that can't be overlooked. The other reason of course is that the Company didn't appear to have a plan, a plan that is to sell it off asap, cheap...and how could it have been anything ese but cheap? If the plan was as stated, production in 2026, that was never going to be easy and the appeal would loom larger and larger as the time passed before it was decided. No point of being in, eh? And how could production in 2026 ever be achieved if the Court's decision went against the Government?

PS I'm not poking around in fairy dust which is what I've been accused of, I'm looking into the abyss, if the appeal goes against the mine what will the sp be then, 0.2p?

And what specific timeframes could there have been with regard to the Sami appeal? ADF found out that there would be something happening in September and Pocko has discovered there's an oral hearing on about 20 September. Timeframes, timeframes, timeframes...those critical factors are entirely out of the BODs control. And no, I don't have a crush on any of them. If the Court doesn't uphold the Government's decision then we are finished in Sweden, the environmental application would be completely useless...everybody knows that and that in my opinion is the reason for the current sp. Grafintec might work out, it sounds like a possibility to rescue us if the worst happens with Kallak.

It's appropriate I think that two of the directors are Swedish...that makes sense.

How many miles will there be between the milestones...and does the road wind uphill all the way?
