Why did Sidara not go for Petrofac?

Been at the cottage I am working on papering over cracks. The cottage is riddled with problems throughout- Wood group has issues in one out of four divisions, and then in a limited number of projects. Of course, these projects will be large...how `devastating' these `limited' problems will be for the whole remains to be seen. Suspension will give time to straighten out, and digest the problems, and action needed. So have faith/patience and perseverance, otherwise walk away. Remember during suspension there will be RNS news flow, and of course, there is the news section on Woods website.

The 'relationship banks' would have nothing to gain, WG has paid on time, no indication of default, large cash flows, slight cash flow shortage anticipated in 2025. Of course loan/balance sheet relationship may have an impact...but lets see

Rock, if temporarily extended then why not again. Waiver extension could be announced after trading hours. Further if shares are suspended would that not just be one more thing to address during suspension. I like the fact suspension provides time and space to explore the possibilities and choices facing the Wood Group. Lets see, for instance, how the II's that have maintained stable positions respond.

Seems silly for GSA to be entering the short fray, given their approach, and limited trading days...very strange...

SM...Delloite did the review, which was essentially a management consultancy-accounting orientated review (1). KPMG as the auditors verify accounts to give stamp of approval (2) ...I assume the WG accounts department has a lot of work to do.
