Very few think WG is going into receivership. Some think (want) Sidara offer to be rejected/withdrawn; others are happy with Sidara offer. I am not sure if II's would be happy with offer (ICE et al)- lenders, BOD , staff, customers may welcome the security (KG position). Of course late PI's would welcome the offer- but their `voice' will be insignificant (FF, Oxf et al). Of course that assumes there are no new suitors, in which case all but shortersand Sidara will be happy. The Bod are `dead men walking'.

Seems insufficient sentiment to drive sp forward. I think the suspension will be good in fo far as we will get actual 'facts' and an appreciation of extent of problems, a fy 24 and q1 25 update. Restatemt of 22/23 accounts. Status of current loans, poss new bod, new contracts, news sales of non core businesses, poss new suitor(s). OR it could go belly up, but i dont think so given the business is solid and highly cash generative. Of course, profits/mark up is an issue ...lets see what llst two quarters of 24, And ist quarter of 25 show.

KG said they would dispose of non-core assets to address the cash flow shortfall this year. More to come, and possibly during suspension

Seems to me a Sentiment flip could do wonders for the sp...i, of course, am one of those that seens great value in the Wood Group
