Endless, i think its going to be this or that is pointless. We haven't got a clue...my reading says Sidara is getting what they want on the cheap, with their loan intended to sweeten the lenders

Dont know about pfc, why do you think its the same. Personally i make no predictions. Sidara have put out a tentative proposal, which is offering 35p if the make a formal bid. I am of the opinion it is the first salvo and Sidara know more than most what the financial state of the company, and what value it has for them.

Aim, i think sidara want the whole lot. If you look at WG competitor analysis, you will find only worley has the same extent and depth of operations. Sidara then ready to take on Worley in one package, and, possibly, become the largest engineering and design group in the world. The latter point is a supposition.
