Gonzo, I dont think the waivers beyond april deadline were agreed...the waivers/lenders will no doubt be one variable determining final outcome...a lot of talk and actors in play with possibly more to emerge eg ii's, another suitor etc.

Any purchase would require a shareholder vote. I dont think suspension makes a difference.

Suspension is best to allow WG to get house in order, and let the choices/options unfold. We may never come out of suspension...

I have no animosity against Sidara...their business success and practices are born of their context. Remember sidara group designed and built Chiangi Airport, and it is an impressive structure.

Broom, the reason Sidara gave for walking away last time included the instability on the middle east.
