Aim, i do not discount another suitor coming to sniff around...could happen anytime, though i think most likely when/if sidara make firm offer. Remember sidara left this as a possibility in their 'possible' offer

Targa, a lot depends on 'relationship banks'. Remember it was limited number of (i presume very large contracts) in one division...the issue is restricted...its not fatal, otherwise Sidara would not be sniffing around...

Daz, i think the issue is what the lenders do. Relationship banks should assist wg through short term turbulent times...but lets see, they may find sidaras offer of additional cash as necessary for reducing their risk...but who knows...

M partners is selling down, remember mr ali was senior in fidelity (wg largest shareholde), wonder if he is still networked, and why Fidelity are relatively stable

Ice, who do you think the activist investors might be, and would they have sufficient clout. Seems to me the 'relationship banks' are going to be crucial here, although i am not sure how much they would play a role like the 'main' bank in The German and Japanese system
