I think WG business (competence, skills, customers, sales, competitive edge, market need etc) is sound. Finances in one division are a problem, and BOD have allowed it to continue. Who is going to take out this limping, but desirable, engineering work horse?

JO, I agree WG allow Sidara massive expansion into a gap in their portfolio. Will others in the competitive field see the same opportunity, yet others see the need for a defensive consolidating move. Nobody has really considered competitor analysis.

Sidara can confirm their offer, but its not a done deal until it is accepted, and other offers can come in during the process.

`Red Flag' was a the language of AimMaster, I was responding to it. Please dont implicate me in any way. I do not concur the sale at 35p per share. and on Sidaras terms, is a done deal. It suits me. But when a bargain is to be had, and others see a strong competitive force that they might wish to counteract, anything can happen.
