JMAX, I can't see the numbers being great (though not $430mln loss) and I would think end of year guidance for debt will be closer to 1.3bln than 1.1bln. No new drilling until November so little prospect of SP recovery as far as I can see. Unless something is pulled out of the hat, sit and wait.

Tambo10, there is nothing new in what you point out - this was clear from the AGM trading statement in May. Also, JMAX mentioned a $430mln loss (nothing to do with FCF) which he is unable to substantiate. In addition, my own interpretation of FCF does excludes one-off items such as the sale of assets, thus leaving the definition solely about a company's operational performance.

omg - where are you getting your figures from. unless you are making a profit on sale of assets , it has no impact on profit or profitability. give us a "back of a *** box" illustration of how you got your $430mln loss.

Many have said on here that the Gabon sale was a pre-requisite for a refinancing agreement to be put in place. If that is true (it makes sense), then I can't believe any company would execute such a sale without there being some binding agreement (with agreed terms) for the refinancing to be concluded. This ties in with the wording used "The Directors have initiated a process to execute a holistic refinancing based on proposals received from banks."

If I decide to sell up, I'll be keeping a small holding for the day that xxnjr has a positive post about that bloody tanker.

Xxnjr, my question was pointed at the new wells (with a lower GOR?) reducing the average and so making your averages even worse when you take that into account.

Xxnjr, how are the large numbers of new wells that went online over the period up to 2024, accounted for in your figures?

Lack of comms is bloody annoying but hardly concerning, given Tlw's comms track record. The lack of a new CEO is concerning and for me means one of two things - either they can't attract anybody of any caliber due to the refinancing or they don't want one because a deal is cooking in the background.

JMAX, the only situation is the one you and others on here are trying to construct. The bonds, in a worst case scenario, have to be repaid in May 2026. Gabon will produce zero FCF so explain how you know the precise breakeven for Tlw currently.

I couldn't give a monkeys either way, but generally Longs have no problem being open about it while shorts do, which leads to the conclusion there is an attempt to deceive. Very few shorters admit to their position.

Unless I'm doing research on a company, or I'm long or short, guess what? I have no interest in them to spend long periods of my precious time commenting on boards such as this.
