Chid, I'm in agreement with some of the way you think. I've stated it previously (this board is in fact a historical record) that I believe the SP will fall to 246 or lower. I still hold that view. I also agree that Knott's attempt at being overtly confident (while he misses every opportunity to make money on CBG) makes hime sound like a complete T w tt. But he does seem to have some sensible knowledge (Knott, why not just focus on the knowledge bit and let the pyjama party with your gf's slide).

Anyway, pinning my colours to the mast, I maintain 246 or lower. I also believe strongly that buying at the right level (whatever it really is, as no-one can see into the future), will make a lot of money.

Volume is interesting this morning. If you break it down into 15m periods or lower, you can see that the volume on the bullish candles was much higher than the volume on the bearish candles. That includes the drops on open/coming out of auction.

I wish could post this on a chart, but I haven't resolved my screen cap sharing issues for the moment. I can say that there is no 'coldspy' volume surge (named after it's inventor). So the volume increase after the RNS was real, rather than imaginary.

Rightly or wrongly, I'm interpreting the much larger volume on the bullish periods vs the bearish periods as distribution of shares from nervous holders to stronger hands (maybe larger players?). For me, it speaks to overall bullish sentiment going forward. But no-one can see into the future (coldspy might give a good go in fantasyland) and it's just an attempt to rationalise this mornings volume vs price.

So far, it looks like the market is not that phased by todays RNS. Fingers crossed it'll all settle down and we can wait calmly for an offer again. Fun over perhaps for the moment.

When a short is declared does that include those shares borrowed but 'held back' to be sold later or is the net short only the borrowed shares already sold down?

It's a beautiful business isn't it. The fear, greed, euphoria etc. Good work all those decisive enough to buy at the lows. I'm a mess today, slow disorganised not decisive and didn't take advantage. Bu gg er.

I'm looking at a weekly chart to try to get a feel as to where there might be some buyers. I'd have said right here is a possibility (support zone from Apr to June 2017). That could be bought up to have the SP close out today above 293ish. If not, then 250-260 area looks like another potential support.

All looked 'in-line' to me. If you believe that YOU is good value, then it starts to look quite compelling now. I have to say, nothing worried me about the results and I suspect the market reaction is a bit over-done. Maybe I'm just kidding myself. I'm getting tempted to add to my position.

It's actually back in auction. Looks like those that bought the dip will be rewarded. I came close, but didn't do it.

Looks well dodgy to me. It will be interesting to see what management changes are effected as a result of this review. It would seem to me that management deliberately tried to cover up failings and impaired the efficacy of accounting. Hopefully, this report covers the entire scope of the issue, but having broken banking covenants and been given temporary waivers, I'd be interested to know what the implications of this are going forward.

Andy, I was starting to wonder whether anyone else had noticed it. It's the kind of awful movement that can liquidate an account. Really hoping that no genuine folks were hit with it. Looked like an error to me also, but it makes going forward more complex for me.

For me Andy, the 420 or lower risk is dealt with. For me it's all about news and price action now. I was sat here and saw that spike down. Obviously as I'm not Lucky Luke, I wasn't able to open a trading acount fast enough to buy below 400. Also, I'm overstretched and would prefer further drops over the next 3-4 weeks. Good luck, hope no-one was stopped. That was a fast take down. Error?

Yes, it's AIM. For some reason it kind of feels like it shouldn't be. It's not a tin-pot outfit with a fancy story looking to raise money dig something up that they haven't yet got licences for. But it is AIM. It seems to be a cut above the average AIM stock (this is an exception for me as I don't normally trade AIM) and I'd have thought they have a tight board room. If not, then maybe info has seeped out and that's what's taken the last 90p of the SP. We'll never know, but from my point of view it's a good company and it's not leaking.

Spike down to 399, immediately bought up on huge volume! I've missed my 420 entry! Those must have been limit buys. Wow.

Well, I've just added another 5000 at 311 ish. I'm pretty hopeful we're at or near the bottom.

Obviously that's not meant as advice to anyone.
