I was sat watching this this morning and wondering how long it would take, before somewhere said 'the SP is dropping loads, that means the deal is over 150' or something similar. You won that one!

It's dropping, because people are selling, they're stressed, many have some profit above 23-24 and are worried about moving to negative equity. They're all feeding off each other like zombies at a food bank. I don't think, the fact the SP is falling means a 'god d amn thing' (is that a Hollywood blockbuster line?). It will be soon if it isn't already. But, admittedly I know I don't know a whole about what's happening despite spending a lot of time and effort rationalising it.

Seriously, 100 shares gets you 150 quid off. I'm actually going to have to do the maths on that now. Was a bit lazy with my first post.

12.5% is not bad. So you've got in at (effectively) 1045, not 1195.

Jenason, love your post. May be gilding the lilly a little with the 'thriving' comment mind! It is funny how because people are so focussed on the current issue (Sidara talks), they forget that WG has to move forward. I do think about this a lot, how distracting is this process to the day to day bread and butter. In a sense, the board could currently be defending the company, not just negotiating on behalf of SH's. Only time will tell.

Current SP and volume, suggests to me that speculative investors/traders hoping for a killing here are being flushed out rather than risk sitting on a loss. I suspect it's not related to information leaking from inside. Could be hopelessly wrong like Coldspy on volume of course.

I'd previously held that we'd see 420 or lower here. I've rethought that and think we're actually going to see 370 or lower. Only time will tell. Also if you check out CCL which seems to be now magnifying what we're seeing with EZJ, it's worth considering that it has a very high likelihood of falling 1110 or lower, but I actually believe (and stated a long time ago on that board) that it will fall to 650 or lower. I was laughed off that board as I am on most boards.

No-one can see into the future and maybe I'm a long way off the mark. This, in my view is not likely to be EZJ/CCL specific or even leisure spend specific, although discretionary spending is good argument for a tougher future on leisure spend. I suspect, it's more related to a rebalancing of world financial power with Trump at the helm (maybe together with increase risk of war).

I'm not exposed to EZJ so am unaffected here, but I'm getting my dose elsewhere so it's not like I'm sitting pretty. The reason I'm here is that I was looking to buy at 420 or below. I'll wait for longer than that the way things look at the moment.

That did sound positive, sounded as though the FCA's submission lacked an understanding of the 'tort'.

CAn't believe I'm hanging on, but the FCA making a mistake, would seem to be positive for SH's (not change in SP mind).

For other reasons, I'll have to leave this, but to be honest, without a much deeper understanding of the law and it's related definitions, it's not really possible for me to make any judgement at all on what's being argued. The best I can do (alluded to earlier by wokin or Stoopid) is try to identify where the judges appear to be at odds with the speakers.

A very interesting experience though, although I can't see Tom Clancy getting involved on the basis of what I've tried to understand.
