Cammy123 - the posters referred to are extremely generous in sharing their research. As an investor I can choose to accept it or ignore it, either way it is my decision. I would hope that the majority of investors on this board are likeminded and have a positive view on DeepVerge, why else would they be here. Likewise, Gerard Brandon has been called for hyping the expectation. That is open to interpretation but what I find he does is highlight relevant information on his Twitter feed, and again, we can follow up with our own research or ignore it. I fall in to the category of a very enthusiastic investor in DeepVerge, I make no excuse for that and trust my research, if people blindly follow my exuberant postings then maybe they shouldn't be investing. Whatever your position, I wish you good luck with your investment.

I agree with you Calderkate - they are lowlifes but respected posters like yourself are complicit in supporting their agenda by constantly engaging and referencing them. Filter them - job done!!

Welcome to the newbies to the LSE DeepVerge platform. Some great posters on here, extremely generous with their time and research. Just in case you were wondering, Chesh is actually from this planet (and an excellent contributor).

Cathal has a tendency to talk very quickly and I found it difficult to pick out certain detail. I made allowances for Cathal's natural exuberance and enthusiasm for all things Open Orphan but very grateful for the recording. All sounds very positive.

Following DeepVerge in to China or are they ploughing their own furrow? Either way I am cautiously optimistic about this announcement.

It is fair to say that governments and regulatory authorities have historically been happy to live in blissful ignorance or else undertake the bare minimum with regards to compliance and compliance monitoring/enforcement.
DeepVerge are going to identify a significant number of issues, that, once highlighted, will need to be addressed.
Blissful ignorance or credible denial won’t cut the mustard and authorities will have to act. This has to be planned and sustainable not a knee jerk reaction to placate the masses.
Monitoring and enforcement will become the new buzz words. You only have to look at how the privatised water companies run rings around the Environment Agency over the dumping of raw sewage in to our rivers and seas. The monitoring bodies that DeepVerge will be working with, have to be supported by credible enforcement. Identifying the problem is just one part of an expensive jigsaw. I’m very confident DeepVerge can play their part but calls for new infrastructure and enforcement won’t come cheap.

Unfortunately I am not one of those people who can read something once and instantly commit to memory. Anything of this nature I have to read three or four times for it to sink in. On the technical stuff it could be five or six times!! I don't get too hung up on the shareprice target but it is always nice to see it increased. You are right Paul, the shareprice is taking a bit of a battering, maybe the slippage in the timeline with China Resources has spooked a few. I can understand that concern for a more recent investor/trader but for the LTH it is a bit of a blip. This is the best and most detailed research note I have seen from Turner Pope for DeepVerge and is indicative of what is going on in the background. Very confident here and I hope some of the newer investors are not put off by the recent drop.

Always good to have a contrarian on the boards, keeps you focused and avoids investor complacency. What the contrarian has to accept is that the majority of people on this board are going to be upbeat about their investment - (why invest in something you don't believe in?). It was me that raised the question about a possible China Resources takeover - and it was exactly that, a question. Don't mind being shot down in flames but thought it was a reasonable question to ask. I have done very well out of Modern Water, Integumen and now DeepVerge and I expect even better returns within the next 6 months. Short term price movement doesn't bother me, my Mum gets a bit edgy but that's age for you. Not a ramper but very much flying the flag for DeepVerge.

There are some trading platforms that don't have transaction fees and as such small trades are viable. You do get hammered on the spread though (there is always a catch isn't there). Might account for some of the smaller trades. Nice tick up though!

I agree Ginandmilk, I am sure TRX are on a few radars re. a possible takeover. These 'predators' probably have a watching brief as TRX has negotiated Covid, undergone premises expansion, restructured the management team, moved from Swillington base to Garforth, built up stock. TRX have put in the hard yards and maybe now is the time for the watching to stop and somebody will make a move.

Developing herd immunity was the Government plan all along. This was facilitated by a 'sub standard' Innova test that allowed infected people back in to the community. A credible LFT would have stopped this happening and that would never do would it. Not sure how else to explain this car crash of a situation with ODX.
