Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tissue Regenix (AIM: TRX), the regenerative medical devices company, announces that on 25 June 2021, Brian Phillips, Non-executive director, acquired 2,886,671 Ordinary Shares in the Group at a price of 0.6 pence per share for a total consideration of £17,320.03.

As a result, Brian Phillips' beneficial interest in the Company is 6,322,756 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the total issued share capital.

@Stifel reiterates its BUY recommendation for @Tissue_Regenix following their capacity expansion - "As the US market continues to open up following a successful vaccination campaign, we expect demand for Tissue Regenix's BioRinse and DermaPure products to drive strong growth."

The Phase I expansion gives Tissue Regenix a total of seven clean rooms in San Antonio and expands its BioRinse manufacturing capacity by c.50%. This is expected to be sufficient to service c.$30m in BioRinse revenues;

If the China Resources deal became a 'stand alone business' akin to what Open Orphan have done with Poolbeg, would the technology associated with the water monitoring contract with China be sold off as part of the deal (or held within that contract ). Poolbeg is a spin off of a 'non core' part of the Open Orphan business and thus lends itself to being a stand alone business. Water monitoring is a 'core' part of DeepVerge and probably has more value in a world wide application. Just the musings of an enthusiastic investor who is trying to get his head around what could happen. Very, very exciting times for DeepVerge.

I have never shied away from the contrarian view Muggins, but sometimes you just have to allow yourself to sit back and smile at the good news. Not everything is perfect, and never will be, but allow yourself, as an investor, to savour these moments. Trust me, you will feel better for it - I do!!

I was looking at a revised figure of £20M Diversified. GB has been very bullish about China Resources as other posters have highlighted. The devil, they say, is in the detail so waiting to scrutinise the detail might be in order. As GB has stated, managing shareholder expectation is extremely difficult so it must be a nightmare for him at the moment with the newsflow that is due.

Newboy58. GB has said that the China Resource deal could/will be tied up by the end of this month. He also alluded to, another large, as yet undisclosed contract/project that he hopes to update the market on. On top of everything else we know (or think we know) this is well worth holding on to.

I have asked myself the same question Diversified. I have come to the conclusion that the market doesn't know what aspect of our portfolio to focus on. In other words I am not sure they know what we do! This is by no means a criticism of DeepVerge, I have a healthy stake invested and I am comfortably in profit so the market has taken notice over the past 12 months or so, but the potential here is staggering. Skintrust, Water Monitoring and Breath Test could all be stand-alone businesses and I could see these becoming spin-offs at some stage, akin to what Open Orphan are doing. For me, any deal with China Resources is going to put a marker down, almost as if to say 'here we are come and see what else we have'. This deal could be the catalyst that joins the dots for investors or Institutions currently with a watching brief and we could see some heavy buying. Keep an eye on Microsaic as they will also benefit if DeepVerge go stratospheric. This is a very exciting company to be invested in.

Agreed trillsg. The pot is boiling very nicely here. I am struggling to keep up with my research as so much seems to be happening. The China Resources agreement could be transformational and I am not sure the market has twigged yet.

Must be something in the water in Ireland that gives CEO's such energy and enthusiasm. Watched the Open Orphan presentation last night (no ramp intended) and their Executive Chairman, Cathal Friel is cut from the same cloth as 'wor Gerard'. Great to see such enthusiasm and commitment from the Board. Gerard wins on the complexion stakes #Skintrust.
