Now, following the Q2 results and US brokers now have 2 qtrs worth of results, we have new broker notes/targets.

Despite the so called 'strong Q2 results' and now US brokers have 2 qtrs of results there isn't significant rise in broker targets, as expected.

With new broker upgraded notes/targets now published, what next?
The were supposed to have surged:
1) long awaited IPO. Disappointing reaction.
2) long awaited initial brokers notes/targets. disappointing reaction.
3) deeply discounted placing. disappointing reaction.
4) Q2 results. diasppointing reaction.
5) new brokers notes/targets as they would have 2 qtrs of results. disappointing reaction.

The sp is still lower than the intra day high of 870p reached pre-IPO.

What's next?
I think we're back to a vicious circle, US following UK following US, up or down, until next news.

My 844p trade from weeks ago was perfectly timed.

Let's see the list Tricky comes up with unless of course he was making it up suggesting lots of other companies in the Integrated Care space.

I think the main thing here is whether Teads were right about lack of investor interest.

They pulled their IPO due to lack of investor interest, following their investor roadshow.

The fact Teads pulled their IPO just days before they were due to list because of 'lack of interest' backs up my stance that the peak for US ad tech companies has passed. It also backs up my stance why trmr had a deeply discounted placing and were desperate to list

This is exactly my point. The impact of losing Alphonso and the court case outcome won't be known for months.

The court case was filed on 18th May, midway in Q2 and court cases take months/years.

County of New York. The claim is for breach of contract, tortious interference

So I think once the dispute with Alphonso was known they felt the need to US list (with the placing) asap. I think because of the 'process to list', it was the reason behind the early Q1 TU (10 days before Q1 end).

On 10th March, they published the fy account, without firm mention of US listing, they simply said:
"The Company continues to explore, from time to time, the possibility of transactions in the capital markets, including the potential for a dual-listing of shares in the United States. No assurance can be made that any such transaction will be completed in the near term or at all."

Yet ONLY 6 days later on 16th March , they published their draft registration for a US listing:

That tells me there was a sudden need to list with days of the fy results being published, timing which, I believe, coincides with the alphonso dispute.

Any company providing a service to the NHS is legally required to show the NHS logo on documents/websites/vehicles etc to show they are a legitimate supplier to the NHS. As mentioned before, there are thousands of suppliers to the NHS, including GPs, agency nurses, ambulances etc.
It just goes to prove posters who claimed that the 'White Paper' meant the end for private providers were completely wrong.

However, how many are operating in the same services as TLY.

Can you please list other companies providing the SAME service as TLY and therefore are direct competitors of them?.

These were supposed to surge when:

3) Full allocation of options. disappointing reaction
4) quiet period finishes. didn't happen. disappointing reaction.
5) US Peers published Q2 results, showing significantly ahead. disappointing reaction.
6) Q2 results. disappointing reaction.
7) New broker upgrades. disappointing reaction.

What happened?

The sp is still below the intra-day pre-IPO 870p high reach in June.

That's the point. The way inventory works, they receive revenues around 90days AFTER. So revenues they received during Q2 was for inventory 90 days earlier, ie during Q1. During Jan-March, there were covid restrictions and fewer people vaccinated and more stuck at home watching TV.

The ad tech model works by DSPs/SSPs, partnering with each other. It is usually the case that the company would pay their 'supplier' (other ad tech companies) around 60 days but receive their cut from 'customers' (other ad tech companies) around 90 days. That gap("inventory payments") has to be covered from their own cash or they setup credit facilities.

"Brands and agencies often pay DSPs on 90-day or even 120-day cycles. But DSPs pay SSPs between 30 to 60 days."

"DSPs shoulder this burden directly because they constantly owe money to inventory suppliers. The Trade Desk took out a $200 million loan in 2017 to preserve liquidity while it bridges inventory payments. MediaMath has raised more than $600 million, including $225 million last year."

They filed the complaint in the court on 18th May, so halfway in Q2. As I said the impact of losing Alphonso won't be known for months, post Q2. Covid restrictions and lower vaccinations figures during Q2, so more people still at home.
Perhaps you can state clearly your stance is that there will be NO impact from losing Alphonso.

If you are not concerned about them losing Alphonso and believe they won't be impacted then feel free to load up at 800p and hold for 2yrs. It's your money.

Why did they need a deeply discounted placing if they had so much cash.
It's misleading to suggest they increased cash by $129m within 1 month, from June to July.
