Alphonso court documents...

Further to my previous posts on trmr filing a court case against Alphonso. I previously commented that I believe there was a sudden need(change of mind within 6 days) for trmr to list in March, when the Alphonso dispute was going on.
Further:
1) they needed the discounted placing.
2) the impact of losing Alphonso, their data provider, won't be known for months, especially before H1 results

I'm sure that given the court docs are available some posters will now claim that it was, somehow all known to them, nothing to worry about, whilst they themselves sell down their holding.
Obviously if they mention the court case without selling down beforehand then if there is a rush for the exit they won't be able to sell. It will become difficult to sell large quantities at a time.

I think it's best to trade and not get caught out again.

Trmr rns today is about Vidaa, which is installed in Hisense CTVs.

Given US warnings about Huawei because of their aversion towards Chinese smart devices because of the possibility of listening in by the Chinese authorities, why would US people by Hisense CTV, a company owned by the Chinese state? And US are trmr's biggest market.
Hisense have sold only 20m CTVs worldwide, which is nothing

LG (alphonso) is a significant CTV maker. To lose a significant CTV maker can restrict their potential for years to come. Look what happened to Rthm(now trmr) when they took their partner DataXu to court. Rthm sp crashed and were soon taken over by TAP, to form TRMR.

Whereas Rubicon, now Magnite, resolved their dispute with the Guardian amicably. Look where Trmr are and look where Magnite are...

Further they refer to 'Vidaa', the os used. It reminds me of the agreements signed by Blnx for Tizen os, used by Samsung, which was supposed to propel blnx. What happened there???

As I've previous said, the real concern with a bloodbath, in US shares, is holders here would be concerned what will the next day in UK like. This is more of a concern on a Friday as the anxiety will be there for the entire weekend.

I think holding a dual listed hyped share, trading in a tech bubble, is dangerous. If there is a rush for the exit in US shares then it will be difficult to sell the following trading day in UK as the sp would have already dropped on open.

It works both ways. Have you ever tried to buy into a company when there's substantial buying going on? You have to buy in smaller quantities and therefore, miss the boat.

You've been telling readers to get out of here for around 9 months, yet the company continues to deliver good results. The govn plans which you claimed, around 9 months ago, would finish off TLY, haven't. In fact TLY have won a multi year ICS contract, so you were completely wrong.

Then there's Trmr, which you were suggesting readers, in July, to sell here and load up at 815p before H1 results. The trmr sp has fallen, DUE TO EVENTS, as I predicted.

Having multiple solutions to cookies disappearing is detrimental to the industry. Cookies have worked well because everyone is using the same solution and process.
As ad tech companies partner with each, having different solutions is a recipe for disaster.

That is why The Trade Desk has a solution and those who integrate with them benefit.
