You miss the simply point as usual.
The govn wanted to push NHS 111 to help reduce the length A&E waiting times. There are simply too many unnecessary visits to A&E which wastes NHS time and money. Unnecessary visits also pushes up waiting times for those who really need the service.

The point is NHS 111 service is in the public's mind as the first port of call. The different services available will follow through, lower awareness means greater potential.

According to Yougov and not BB posters:
84% said they were aware they could call NHS 111 for urgent medical advice.
70% said they were more likely to call NHS 111 than go straight to A&E

That suggests there is good awareness of NHS 111, doesn't it?. ;-)

Note the contract extensions are for Think 111 First. Covid has put NHS 111 firmly on the public's mind as the first port of call for healthcare needs. The govn always wanted to promote NHS 111 as part of reducing A&E waiting times. Covid has propelled NHS 111 and done the job for the govn.

Given Q1 is a very quiet qtr and due to the disruption last year to Q2, I expect Q2 to be significantly ahead of Q1-2021 & Q2-2020.

However, a major red flag going forward is the court case against their data provider, Alphonso.
Also the increasing challenges of privacy, court case against IAB etc.

As the court filing was 18th May it shouldn't impact Q2/H1 figures.

I don't think the impact from losing their data provider, Alphonso, will be known for months.

Results were expected in July, so they missed their own stated date.
It doesn't do reputation much good when a company repeatedly misses the results announcement date.

It would have been better not to state the results date in their Apr TU. Investors would have expected them in Sept and results in Aug would have been seen as a positive.

The US sp is around $21.5 or 778p UK price.

My sell at 844p yesterday seems well timed.

As I said the sp rises on bullish comments.

Pre-IPO, May 26th the sp reached 870p, having closed at 822p the day before. It then fell when IPO event.

The current close is around 2% higher.

Stifel's target price is $26 or 941p, so your 940p is at stifel's target price.

Given the sp rises on bullish comments and falls on events, as can be seen by recent events (IPO/Placing/Brokers Notes), I can't see much upside.

For those investors who are guided by targets then why choose Trmr over Magnite???

The brokers target on Magnite are $48-$70 in a HYPED sector.

The sp is around $32, so the upside there, according to some is 50% - 120%.

Yet with trmr the upside based on brokers target is around 10% and that's with challenges they face.

Given my stance that re the history of sp rising on bullish comments and falling on events, I've sold a few and so following my conviction.

I'll keep the remaining and see how the rest of the week pans out.

Isn't Stifel's target $26 eq to 941p?
That is only 7% higher than the high 870p reached in May, pre-IPO.

Big ad tech players regularly receive fines and investigations. It's been going on for years.

However, there's even more challenges ahead for the rest of the ad tech eco system, the IAB court case.

If you believe the IPO priced below the recent high of 870p in May, the deeply discount placing, the brokers targets around £10 mark shows the IPO has been a success then load up at 800p+++ and hold for 2 yrs.

Why did they need a deeply discounted placing in a hyped sector?

Why were Tosca selling just days before the IPO? Didn't they believe the company is red hot in a hot sector? After all they held over 29% of rthm(now trmr) not long ago.

I believe the lock in period for News Corp has ended. Unlike Tosca, NewsCorp were not in a position to sell, if they so wished, before the IPO.

The current rise isn't surprising. The shares have a history of rising on bullish comments but falls when it comes to events.

Look at the recent IPO. Sp just before IPO was 870p.

IPO completed.
Discounted placing completed.
Brokers notes published.

Yet the reaction was disappointing.

Q2 results in 3 weeks. Best to trade and not get caught out again.

The sp was at 870p just before the IPO. Whereas the expectation on here was the sp would surge when the IPO takes place. Never happened.
