The analysts targets are around 1000p mark. Upside based on their targets being around 20-25%
I think that's a very low upside for a supposedly 'hot' company in a hot sector, especially given the increasing red flags

TLY are aligned to NHS alignments. They have built up their business model so they continue to be aligned to NHS requirements.

NHS changes due to be announced were expected and TLY are prepared for them.

Still posting misleading information. By mentioning £21.85 as the target.

There are 2 ADS to 1 UK share, so $30 is 1080p UK price, isn't it?

Stifel $26 is eq to 941p UK price.

So the sp of 840p high reached just before the IPO and placing, last month, was right.

I think the target prices explain why they had to have a discounted placing.

In UK, avg the Shares on Loan for end of June was 5.5m shares.

I'd expect a lot of the Shares on Loan would be used for arb trading between UK/US prices.
How many are used to build up short positions?

Would be interesting to know who is lending out millions of shares.
Is it Mithaq, Tosca?

In 2013-14, the Shares on Loan rose significantly as did the blnx/rthm sp.

Blnx/rthm(now trmr)-the sp also quadrupled to eq sp around £28 on bullish comments. In Jan 2014 the sp crashed to around 400p within 6 months.

The largest II, Blackrock were lending out the shares and had to stop after rthm(Blnx) issued a profit warning, resulting in Blackrock making losses.

One of the biggest challenges facing ad tech companies is a court challenge against IAB, the body behind rules for the Programmatic ad tech model, to which ad tech companies depend on.
If the court case fails then the model will be brought into question.

TLY well positioned for new ICS contracts - in the right place at the right time. New proposals have been expected.

Looking at the significant rise in Shares on Loan.
In Dec, the CEO sold 1/3 of his holding.
They continued to rise significantly, month on month, from Dec despite the very bullish TU and comments.
In March, they announced their fy results, yet SoL still rose around 30%
In May, when the latest TU and alphonso court case was announced, the SoL jumped.
The IPO and discounted placing was in middle of June.

Now they are up 400% this year and up 200% since IPO announced in March...

As the US peers are down, I've sold the last of my latest trade not long ago.

The sp has a history of rising on bullish comments and falling on events.

Best to trade.

The UK price is closely tracking the US price.

Given US peers are currently down around 5%, I wouldn't count on trmr in US closing up.
If it ends down, then UK will open lower tomorrow.

Shares on Loan have continued to rise since Dec.
Nearly doubled since IPO was announced in March.

According to Euroclear, there was another big jump in avg Shares on Loan in June.
Now they are up 400% this year and up 200% since IPO announced in March...

Try being honest for a change or perhaps you were hoping gullible posters would just take your word for it.

On trmr, you forget to mention the history of court cases, placings and the recent significant rise in Shares On Loan:
1) the court case against their data provider filed in May(2 months ago) and the impact that may have going forward.
2) the recent deeply discounted placing despite supposededly being a 'hot' company in a 'hot' sector.
3) the significant rise in Shares on Loan.
4) the selling by Tosca just days before the IPO.
etc
etc

Despite having parts of their business closed due to covid, TLY's revenue, profit and cash STILL grew.

Once all the subsidiaries are all running, they should continue to grow.

Best to look at the long list of red flags inc court cases, placings (inc eq sp of £23!! ), overhang. etc.
They have a history of rising on bullish comments and falling back on events. They were at eq sp around £28 rising on bullish comments and crashing to around 400p within 6 months based on events. Post the last US Election in 2016-17, they rose on bullish comments to eq sp 589p before falling to 100p on events.

Given the US sp closed at $21, they will open up around 10% at around 760p purely to close the gap but don't be fooled.

If you ask questions then you will get the same treatment as you get on here..

Trmr in US closed at $21, which is eq to 760p.

Therefore, continuing that vicious circle, up or down, until news, the UK sp should follow the US closing price and open at around 760p.

The quiet period is supposed to end this week.
The Newscorp lock in period is also supposed to have ended.

Given the history of rising on bullish comments and falling on events, I think it's best to trade.
