Jabberba - I think you are referring to the Align Research Note which did say near term. I do not read that as meaning this month. The Sunday Express article did suggest something willbe said this month. I suspect that we might get news on the first sites.

Sellonnews - I would most respectfully point out that as we are quite properly not privy to what negotiations PHE are currently engaged in we cannot say that they will not ever obtain a hydrogen supply contract. On the pricing point due to the method that PHE intends to use to create the Hydrogen they could sell it for around £5 as it will be created as a byproduct of the gasification process.

Loadsadough - This is not new the video is dated February 2018.

We are up about 25% in three trading days. Assuming that somebody is not trying to doa pump and dump I suspect that we are getting leaks of what is supposed to be confidential information. Sunday's article and Monday's RNS does not seem on the face of it to justify the price rise. Before anyone says anything I am not being negative I am now in profit on this share so do not need to talk it down.

It looks like some people may be buying on the rumour. So long as they do not sell on the news. I think therer may have been some loose talk.

Loadsadough - You appear to have missed my point. Relying on videos is fine for things that will not change like how the DMG system works. But as with the website information that can change like the commercial uses of the technology this information you need to check it is still current. In my original post I was saying that I would expect Powerhouse to issue updates in those areas by the end of June this year. I would observe that asking the company would not be of use as they could not tell me.

loadsadough - Are yo aware of the limitations of relying on vidoes for information? From your last post I am not sure you are.

In H1 2019 I am expecting to hear news in the following areas.

Korea - This is the third area that W2T has an exclusive development agreement for. I cannot see that we have had any progress in developing business in Korea. So an update would be nice.

Wrghtbus/Tresoil - Inrelation to Wrightbus are we stilloperating under the February 2018 MOU? Also it is 9 months since we entered into the distribution agreement in relation to Romaina and Bulgaria so an update on how things are going and whether any G3 units have been sold should be due about now.

Tokyo - This is almost a given that we will have an update if for no other reason than W2T would need it for their IPO.

UK - An update on planning permission for the first site and the pipeline of possible contracts. An indication of the size of the pipeline would be nice.

General progress - Apart from the areas above what is the generalprogress being made in all other areas.

HeadingNorth - Rather than a buy out I would suspect that they would want a direct relationship with Powerhouse so that they can further develop the technology.

Rooky - I think that W2T was doing a bit of self promotion in advance of its IPO later this year.

What I found of particular interest is the clarification of the role of W2T. It would seem that they would hold a license to use the DMG technology to develop business proposals.This may be important as some shareholders may make suggestions on possible business opportunities to Powerhouse.

I am not sure if Powerhouse are attending or should attend. However, I note that there are some attendees who it might be usefully to engage with.

Montezuma - Thank you very much for correcting me on my mistake in relation to corporation tax. You are of course correct that initially no corporation is payable until losses in prior years as far as they are claimable have been set off against profits. However as I was covering a five year period it is possible that at some point during that period corporation tax will become payable. This of course means my figures are off by 20%. You are therefore correct that profits of £29m are also wrong as they will be higher. Apart from using dollars instead of sterling you have not explained how my calculations are wrong. I am ready to accept that my maths may be wrong. But can you enlighten us with your calculations.

jabberba - Can I ask you to please confirm what research you are referring to with a link if possible as I would like to read the source.It is not that I do not trust you it is just that I prefer to reach my on opinion rather than relying on another person's interpretation.

BumbleB - In realtion to your 07.34 post I must disagree with you on the substantive point you make. Based on the figures in the Align research note from November and making an allowance for earnings net of costs on the sale of G3 units; In each of the years 2020 - 2024 Powerhouse will make earnings net of Corporation Tax of around £29,600,000. This is from the UK alone and does not include any income from Japan or Eastern Europe. It is therefore quite possible for Powerhouse to generate enough income to cover Rand D costs and make dividend payments.

According to the latest official statistics in the UK we generate 5 million tonnes of waste plastics a year. As each G3 unit can process 8750 tonnes of waste a year it would take 571 G3 units to process all the waste plastics produced in a year.
