Jabberba - In relation to your 14.23 post yesterday and my previous post the part of the press release that I was taking objection to is the part that says. 'The advantages of the Waste2Tricity technology are as follows:

Development of a portfolio of distributed waste treatment plants that convert waste plastic to electrical power & heat plants
Offers an economic use for separated unrecyclable plastic'

Jabberba - Can I most respectfully disagree with you on the question of consolidation. The issued share capital is less than 2Bn. So there is no need to consolidate unless you want to wipe out the smaller shareholder.

Jabberba - I have just read this press release I am slightly uncomfortable with the way the Press release seems to imply that the technology is W2T's. This is not the first time this has happened.

Southerhay - When PHE have revenues coming in then with the P/E ratio being likely to be around 10 then there is a chance that you might actually be in the blue on your investment.

Jabberba - There was me hoping for a few more months of low share price so that I can raise enough money to top up my shareholding into an ISA.

superbarnet - That would depend on whether Powerhouse deems it capable of affecting the share price. Also it may be viewed as commercially sensitive so would defer publishing the information. Personally I would be surprised if they did publish an RNS to say that Heads of Terms have been reached as so far Powerhouse has not struck me as a company that issues an RNS for every stage of a negotiation.I would not expect a RNS until there is a final agreement.

Jabberba - That is what I call a shortlist there are only six names on it. W2T/PHE therefore are in with a good chance.

The updated list of shareholders is now on the website. If all shareholders who use Hargreaves Lansdowne were to ever club together and vote as a block they could stop a special resolution form being passed. Somrthing to keep in mind for the future.

Feed in tariffs are ending on 31 March 2019 so any energy exported to the grid using the DMG would not be compensated by the feed in tariff. Has anyone got any views on the the planned replacement?

Dodger47 - I am not expecting anything further until June when we might get a general update and perhaps news on contracts. Dave did say end of Q2 for heads of Terms.

Newboy - That means more time to buy more shares before any announcement.

According to Morningstar as at 17 August 2018 a third of Powerhouse shares were owned by Nominees. It is therefore hard to tell who actually owns the majority of shares in Powerhouse as the largest shareholder is Hargreaves Lansdown

telephoneman -Thanks for the link. This article seems debliberately aimed at one of the main potential customers for DMG units which is a good move. I am not sure if he had to pay for the article to be puiblished doubt it but it was probably cheaper than a series of ads in the publication.

Gadams - One thing in your note I will have to check against the recording not that I do not trust you. You have DR as saying 50 units in the UK in 5 years that is a rate of 10 a year. This figure seems low. It is half the figure that Align used in its November research note. Also it does not tally with the interest shown as reported in the RNS last Friday. Is DR underplaying the amount of interest and possible orders?

Gadams - Thanks for that. You confirmed my impression about DR I remember watching an interview he did. He was not comfortable at all. On the councils point I have passed a contact on. This particular person is very pro environment so hopefully something might come of it.

Did anyone atend the Shares Magazine talk in Edinburgh yesterday. If so was anything new said? I presume that David Ryan presented.

telephoneman - I would suspect that the first sustained move up will be after any announcement of a firm deal with Toyota and or other Japanese companies saying that they have made orders to buy x units and have maded a deposit of y. As y is likely to be a multiple of the current Mcap then that should sustain the rise in the SP as there will be definite revenues.

Telephoneman - Would you figure be the same if two or three Japanese companies buy a number of DMG units?
