It was suggested that in Thailand if PHE can sell DMG units they would pay around £30 a tonne for the plastic. I just checked how much that would be in the local currency. It works out at about 1240 Thailand Baht for a tonne. That would certainly raise the standard of living for the local people.

98889 - In relation to your 17.01 post. Even if W2T did not win any of the awards they were secondary. The main purpose would have been to make contacts from which fundig and other deals would come.

Piltick - The twitter feed for CleanEquity https://twitter.com/cleanequity does not mention W2T. I have tweeted them to check if they recieved funding but not an award.

Jabberba - In the Pre IPO document at pages 16 and 27 it states that the EBITA to W2T is 80% of the net revenue but if you read Piltick's 10.03 post W2T will get 50% of the profits of the SPV. In any case the site owner would recieve the revenues or what is the point of having a DMG unit. So in those cases where a SPV is not used the income to W2T would be less. It has to be remembered that we do not know what the terms of the first deal is so either of these propositions could be accurate.

Piltick -If I follow your 10.06 post correctly W2T is using misleading information as to the project revenues to persuade people to invest in it. I believe there is somebody who is due to be sentenced next month for doing something similar. I must say it does not inspire confidence in me that they would be a safe pair of hands to invest in.

Dodger47 - in reference to your 23.18 post of yesterday. I am, as some of you may have guessed from some of my posts, not a fan of the current arrangement. In view of some of the statements from W2T in particular where they refer to the DMG technology as thiers it would seem that your suggestion would carry a reputational risk. Subject to the wording of any final deals coming from the current set of negotiations a case could be made for buying out W2T or even terminating the current agreement.

Piltick - Thanks I meant to respond to your earlier post. The issue I have with your post of Tuesdayat 23.24 is it does not explain why somebody would purchase a DMG unit . If W2T is taking the revenues after the payment of the license fee to PHE which is what is suggested in the Pre IPO document what benefit is there in buying a DMG unit as you will not be making any money from it. The purchaser of the DMG unit may not be part of a SPV with W2T so he should surely be getting the revenues. This is not reflected in the Pre IPO document.

W2T has exclusive rights for the DMG system in Korea and I believe has a presence there. Hopefully they are one of the 23 projects.

That is two shows in one week they are exhibiting at. Looks like they are going all out to bring in new investors.

ChazC - If I recall the last placing was done to allow investors to claim EIS Relief so they would have to hold for three years as a minimum to claim the relief. Also the share price held more or less stable immediately afterwards. A further placing if done through or by Turner Pope would also be so that investors can claim EIS Relief. In that case it would be positive for the share price and not a negative. My only issue with people investing so as to claim EIS Relief is that it would mena that a move to the main market cannot happen for three years. At present that is not a concern but it may become one in future years if things go as we all hope.

CarefulBunny - The reason for the drop in the share price is as clear as what is happening with BREXIT. It could be simply the lack of news. Also there could be macroeconomic reasons. Some people on the board will blame Market Makers.

Telephoneman - I have considered taking part in the IPO if or when it happens. However, I need to check the statement in the Pre IPO document which implies that after PHE is given its license fee the rest of the income goes to W2T. That was not my understanding. If this is incorrect then I would not take part as it would amount to a material misstatement which casts doubt on W2T's integrity.

Telephoneman - There seems to be a dispute between PHE and W2T as to how many days a year a DMG will operate. W2T do there calculations on 233 days a year. However when I checked the presentations by KA and DR and divided the annual income by the daily rate I got 350 days. Whichever is right it comes to a nice sum.

At this year's AGM there will in all probability the usual resolution to disapply shareholders pre emption rights. This is a special resolution and normally goes through as it is hard to find the 25.2% of shares needed to block it. However, if all the shareholders whose shares are held by Hargraves Landsdown were to instruct HL to vote against this resolution it will fail as HL's clients hold 30% of the shares in PHE. The question is should shareholders seek to block this resolution. One advantage is that it would stop placings being made without shareholders first being offered the opportunity to buy the new shares. The downside is that it will increase administrative costs as it may result in additional general meetings in order to get approval for a case by case disapplication of the preemption rights.

Gadams - I will be corrected if I am wrong as it has been some time since I studied contract law but my understanding is that the Heads of Terms is an outline of the main terms of the proposed agreement and the parties then have to agree the details.

Jabberba - In answer to your 14.08 post of yesterday and apologies for the delay in responding I have two queries bith prompted by statements from W2T. Firstly, in relation to downtime for maintenance on this board we have assumed that there will be 15 days a year downtime and have calculated potential revenues on 350 days operation a year. W2T in thier pre-IPO document have used 333 days operation a year so I was going to ask which is the correct figure.

Also in the pre-IPO document W2T seem to imply that after the 20% royalty fee to PHE they would keep the remaining 80% of the revenue. My understanding which is probably wrong is that the customer was going to keep this. I wanted clarity on this point.
