Who will be actually building the DMG units?

Just out of curiosity how many people are investing in PHE for the short term (upto 3 years), the medium term (upto 7 years) or the long term (over 7 years). After yesterday's announcement I am curentlyin the long term category as I need something to pay for my two cruises a yearwhen I retire.

Rooky - For the sp to go up on a contract then the RNS would need to provide information on revenues. That kind of information is normally treated as commercially sensitive and not disclosed.

Newboy58 - It is possible that you are right but so far everytime PHE or Paul warwick has said anything positive then the share price has gone up for a day or so and then gne down again. Also previous deals have been announced that have not come to anything so the market may look for concrete evidence. Also on what basis will they revalue the value of the market so as to push up the share price. My view is that this can only realistically be done once there is evidence of actual not projected revenues.

98889 - I am not sure about others but I have this on a long term hold. At present 30% of the shares in PHE are held by clients of HL if like me they reinvest dividends they may also hold for a while which might restrict the number of shares available. Also while PHE is on AIM most institutions would not invest in it.

Gadams - In relation to your 10.59 post I wuld not expect a sustained upward share movement until June 2021 when we have the annual report and accounts for the year endng 31 December 2020 which would be the first full year of commercial operations. You have to remember that before that you will be having announcements I think most people would want to wait to see evidence of revenues.

The RNS does seem to answer one question. In the W2T pre IPO document for the FOAK it indcated that W2T would keep all the revenues after the 20% license fee to Powerhouse. I queried this as I was confused as to what the site owner was going to get.

Rooky In relation to your 7.29 post that is what I recall as well. Having said that I suspect that it will be sooner as they have been working on this for sometime. Also recently DR said from first order it would take ten months to have a site up and ready.

On reading this articleoverthe weekend I noticed something that I do not believehas been commented on much here. It states an intetion to develop a 40ton a day DMG unit. If they manage to develop and deploy such a unit can anyone work out the likely revenue from it assumng it operates for 350 days a year.

Dodger - Thanks very interesting to meet the annual goal they would need a few DMG units.

With Q2 starting tomorrow I was wondering what news everyone is expecting durintg the quarter. We will have the Annual Report and Accounts. I am hoping that we have a R &D tax credit to offset the cost of R & D did not see it in last years accounts so hope to see it this year. There is agood chance that we will hear the long awaited news of the first domestic order for a DMG Unit. There is also a possibility that we will hear something about international orders. Is anyone expecting any other news?

Just got back from this had chats with both Dr Davis and Bruce Nicholson Dave Ryan was not there as far as I could see. From what tjhey both said and how they said it I am confident with my current investment and might even increase it as soon as funds permit.

Bruce confirmed that Powerhouse are working on the basis that the DMG unit would operate for 350 days a year.

I am just off to this I will report back if I learn anything of interest.

I think I will move over to the Beta version as it seems better

I note that there are no shorts on the shares.

I have just recieved an email saying that the new LSE website is now in beta test. Did anyone else get one?

Jeevescat - In relation to your 8.09 post legally PHE could not sell the shares at less than 0.5 which is their nominal value. The more important vote of confidence is the premium paid by the CEO.

I have been out at meetings so have just seen this RNS. The market has like me taken it as a rather positive bit of news. I am glad to note what it says about the CEO's shareholding.

fitumsh - Not necessarily there was a four month gap between the last update and the previous one. I get the impression that updates are only given when there is something to say.
