Kenny100 In relation to your 17.31 post may I most respectfully disagree with you the highest price in the last 12 months paid for PHE shares was on 13 February when it was 1.75 which was the 12 month high.

Sprogbarnes In relation to your 17.02 post if I recall correctly for a takeover to be approved it needs a simple majority so if 50.2% of the shareholders vote against any takeover it will not be approved. Te effect of the 30% shareholding is that it can block any special resolution but not an ordinary resolution.

Newboy - In relation to your 14.46 post as they have not eeded to do an equity fundraise for the best part of 17 months I would not be so sure.

Piltick - In relation to your 13.53 post I agree this is not an Equity Fundraise it is in effect closer to a share swap so I would be surprised if there is much if any of a drop in the share price.

telephoneman and jabbera thanks for that if it maintains this momentum we might see the year high tested this week.

Done a quick check of other related shares and it looks like the reason for the jump in the share price this morning is company specific.

Jabberba - In relation to your 08.19 post LSE has not posted today's trades are they all buys so far?

Does anyone know if the Takeover Panel was unhappy with any aspect of the Takever deal for any reason can they block the deal until changes are made that satisifies them?

badshah13 - In relation to your 02.46 post if I recall correctly in his last proactive interview DR mentioned Australia as one of the countries where there is a MOU. If that is correct then PHE will be positioned to capitalise on this.
