Yellowf1 - In relation to your 19.53 post of yesterday as you know I have not always been supportive of the proposed takeover of W2T mainly because of the cost/benefit balance. I did not feel that what PHE was getting from the deal justified the price. However, in view of the option agreement with Peel my view has changed. The takeover would bring Peel more fully on board. As Peel has the knowledge, experience and more importantly the financial muscle to greatly ramp up the deployment of DMG units the cost/benefit balance has shifted. The £1.5m grant is a side issue. The most recent research note shows that the pipeline of sites would give an annual income of £15m +. At the current share price that is more than twice the cost of the takeover.

Dodger47 - In relation to your 08.37 post that is my reading as well although depending on how long it takes to sort out the venue issue we may end up having the takeover resolution at the AGM. I think the Board may look to see how the proxy voting at the AFC AGM goes. If people do not turn up then they may go with that as a way forward.

I note that they say the pipeline is over 30 sites that would give an annual income of £15m+ excluding any additional income for maintenance or support services. Which on my preferred P/E ratio of 10 would give a value of around £150m so the current MCap is low.

With this latest warrant exercise this means 10.3 million warrants have been exercised in the last week. Maths is not my strong suit so can somebody tell me how much has been recieved from these warrant exercises.

upupandaway - All the trades are withn the spread so the price is not affected. If the price of trades goes above 0.90 then I would expect the share price to move.

Old Rascal In relation to your 10.54 post I am not sure about recyclers but landfill is around £120 a tonne so I would suspect that it would be lower than that.

There does not appear to be any evidence of a mass sell off from the new shares so far.

The new shares as a result of the warrnt exercise should be admitted to trading tomorrow. It will be interesting to see if they are immediately sold or if as I suspect they are held.

yellowf1 - You are looking at the wrong column. You are looking at the volume for a change in the share price you need to look at the trade price column. If the trade price is within the spread then the share price will not change.

Preferably without any help from the incompetent idiots who would probably make matters worse.

Jabberba - In relation to your 08.24 while not disagreeing with you as I suspect that you are closer to the company than me there are a few technical issues that need to be resolved before the takeover can progress. The principal problem is how to hold an EGM under the current restrictions. At present a virtual meeting is not possible. I have checked the Articles of Association and the wording does not permit the holding of a virtual meeting. I suspect that the company may be looking at amending the Articles to allow this in the future. The difficulty with proxy voting is that the company cannot dictate who the proxy should be so somebody other than the Chairman or CEO could be appointed. Also the Articles gives the appointment of a Proxy as an alternative to the member attending in person whichthey still could do.
The final complication is that the incompetent idiots may make regulations that affect how meetings are to be held or even suspending the holding of meetings altogether.

Piltick - The website is just as informative. It is a matter of concern that they are being so vague about the process. On the whole I am not unduly concerned by this new possible competitor.

yellowf1 - In relation to your 21.50 post of yesterday I am not sure if you noticed but we are talking about two different companies and two different processes. The only thing they have in common is that you end up with Hydrogen at the end. The DMG does not use Hydrogen Sulphide. You may wish to re-read the planning statement from page 13 as you have clearly forgotten what the process is.

It took sometime to actually find an explanation of the procss that they will be using. The DMG technology is simpler.

Sharesport in relation to your 15.30 I would observe that the quote from the Ceres RNS states 'eres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) confirms that, following the approval by shareholders at the General Meeting of the Company held on the 20 July 2018' As you can see it clearly states following the approval by shareholders.

Does anyone know how many more warrants are still to be exercised?

Jabberba - In relation to your 09.34 that ties in with my thinking that there willbe no news until the year end results in June. Whether the share price will hold up that long is a good question.

Piltick in relation to your 19.11 poat of yesterday that statement was made before the regulations came out on Thursday. I cannot see how you can issue the shareholder circular unless at the same time you can issue the Notice of EGM, either in the same document or in a separate document. The problem with holding the EGM while the regulations are in force is that the EGM will be a gathering of more than two people.

While in theory everyone can vote by proxy the difficulty is that legally shareholders have the right to attend in person. We may have to wait for the incompetent idiots to make the appropriate regulations.
