Piltick In relation to your 08.16 post I see the RNS has now appeared on here so you can read it. I would note that the Placing RNS did not say anything about taking a share in the SPV all it said was that it wouldhelp reaching financial close.

I see that there will be an Investor Presentation on Thursday Evening. I think the fact that the recent placing is going to be specifically addressed is a sign that it has been recognised that having said that they were funded to profitability to then have another placing frrequires an explanation.

Tango1 In relation to your 13.29 post I hope you are wrong if we have to wait for the vaccine rollout to see an end to the Covid pandemic and for contracts to come that will wipe out all of H2 20/21. I have no faith in BJ so I am glad that JW is not only relying on defence work.

I am a shareholder in Infrastrata PLC which owns the Appledore Shipyard in your constituency. At the time of the purchase of the Appledore Shipyard by Infrastrata PLC the Prime Minister made some comments that a reasonable person may have taken to mean that the Appledore Shipyard may receive some government contracts in the future. To date there has been no announcements of any contracts.

As your Rt Hon Friend the Secretary of Defence is taking questions on the 1 February 2021 may I impose on your good offices to ask him if his department would consider undertaking to place an agreed level of business with Harland & Wolff as it does with other shipbuilders so as to improve the employment opportunities in the area.

Loosegoose in relation to your 08.25 post in the 8 January RNS it states 'It is anticipated that the Company's annual report and accounts will be published and sent to shareholders along with the relevant circular in January 2021 giving required notice of at least 21 clear days prior to the date of the meeting. ' In calculating clear days you exclude the date of the notice and the date of the meeting. That means that the accounts should be published sometime between Wednesday and Friday of this week.

It seems that the ability to give state aid might be easier.

I see that CNA have appointed a new Group CFO with the previous Group CFO having stepped down. As the new Group CFO is an internal appointment within the finanace directorate I do nor=t think there will be any serious adverse impact onthe share price.

If I have calculated it correctly the Annual Accounts should be out this week. In my view the three things to look out for are:

1 The Coronavirus impacted revenues we know there will be some only question is how much.
2 What is said in the forward looking statements
3 Whether 1 above has caused a reduction in the retained deficit. This is of importance to institutional investorsin particular as it relates tothe ability to pay dividends.

Just seen this update from NI Ferry https://www.niferry.co.uk/stena-embla-makes-maiden-voyage-ahead-of-belfast-return/. A cross check of the Belfast Harbour website does show Stenna Edda arriving on the 20th but it is not showing as yet as going to any of the Berths used by H&W. It may be arriving at the berth later as it does appear to be sgifting to Blough. Does anyone know what Blough is in this context?

According to the Belfast Harbour website it is in port until Wednesday at 9pm. This might change.

If anyone has shares in insurance companies then expect them to take a hit due to the Supreme Court decision this morning on Covid 19 Business Interruption Policies. The Insurance Companies lost.

My concerns with this RNS are firstly, I thought Peel was responsible for the raising of funds for the first plant has this changed if so when did this happen. Secondly when we had the last fundraise we were told if I recalll that PHE had all the funds needed to takeit to profitability so I am surprised to see another significant fundraise within 12 months.

I note that the EPS is stated to be higher than expected which should bolster the share price.

Bubble2021 In relation to your 19.28 post the Spring Budget is still two months away. The impression that i, and I suspect JW, got from what BJ said in August was that INFA would be seeing contracts sooner than that.

I wonder when Boris Johnson will deliver on all the encouraging words he made when Appledore was bought.
