Tango1 In relation to your 13.50 post I agree we need an explanation if the accounts do not appear this week. In the 8 January RNS it was stated that INFA was not going to use the extension of time to file the accounts. If that still remains the case the accounts would need to be filed this week.

In the 8th January RNS it states inter alia 'Therefore, a separate meeting of shareholders is intended to be convened for 12 February 2021, at which meeting, the Company will lay its reports and accounts before the shareholders and appoint auditors as well as authorise the Board to determine the auditor's remuneration. It is anticipated that the Company's annual report and accounts will be published and sent to shareholders along with the relevant circular in January 2021 giving required notice of at least 21 clear days prior to the date of the meeting. '

I am not sure if the company reads these posts but if the intentions in the passage quoted have changed then I think an updated RNS is called for. I assume the general meeting will no longer be on 12 February. The AGM is on Sunday.

If the annual report is not published within the next few minutes the share price might take a hit.

If we do not see the Annual Report tomorrow then alarm bells will start too ring as it would be later than promised.

Looking at the trades a sell of about 1% of the total shares of the company from yesterday is showing but it appears to have been cancelled. I recall that yesterday that there was what looked like a buy for the same number of shares at the same time. Is someone taking a position?

pacman27 In relation to your 16.02 post why on earth would you be attempting to sell shares this week. The annual accounts are due either tomorow or Friday. We have not had an forward guidance on what to expect so if the results are good the share price may actually go up more.

I note from the RNS that Mr Rosser has slipped below 3% so does not have to disclose his trading until ir goes back above 3%.

Lottie123 In relation to your 09.12 post I did not pick up on the fact that the trade was for an amount equivalent to 1% of the company. Hopefully when the accounts come out this week it provides a boost. With all the reported buys if they are all buys it looks like people may be taking a position in advance of the results.

We seem to have had a larger number of trades than normalfor this time in the morning. The 08.13 trade stands out in particular.
